Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Quote:I had a few emails via pm that didn't seem to go through. I know the ass was reading. This is one reason why RAY is NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!!! Once upon a time in a land far, far away called Wagglepop, I was a store owner myself. I lured over a long-time customer from eBay who had bought tons of things from me off the Bay. She also purchased from me on WP. One of the items she purchased was also listed on eBay. As it turned out, another buyer had already purchased it on eBay, but before I could cancel my WP listing the power went out in a storm. Meanwhile, my client purchased my item off WP (as a favor to me, since she knew it had also been listed on eBay). When I was able to contact her, I simply explained what happened and we agreed to cancel the transaction. She had no problem at all with it and all seemed to be fine until I discovered WP had no feature or even procedure to follow for commission reimbursement on a canceled transaction. I was told I had to contact CC, which I did, to no avail. I emailed three times with no response. I went on the boards and asked for advice. I then discovered the delay was due to the fact that KAREN had contacted MY buyer on this to "check up" on my story. My buyer told me there were references made to context that only she and I knew in the emails we'd exchanged. My buyer was furious that customer care would "question" our story, contact her and refused to evermore deal with WP. I was furious that CC not only contacted MY buyer WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT and read our PRIVATE and personal correspondence. The commission was only 25 cents, but it was the principle of it. I went on the boards with my story, and cheerleaders came to defend their leader, saying it's his sand box and he can do what he wants. Scott Bulger called me a liar and a cheat and I was trying to screw WP out of its commission (25 big cents, now common) by "making up" a story. He said I should just "eat" the commission and forget about it. There was no way in hell I was going to let Ray get one penny of my money -- money he didn't deserve. After nearly a month of emails, I got my credit. Eventually I was banned from WP, excommunicated and harassed for more money AFTER being banned although I always paid my store fees in advance. Because I could no longer get into the site, someone I know registered solely for the purpose of lurking and reporting to me the goings on. This person never posted, never purchased, never listed -- was only logged in 5 minutes at a time, maybe once a day or every other. Simply lurked. No footprints -- nothing. And, as we know, there was discussion here of a seller who was considering opening a WP store but didn't even know who Ray was. Simply "heard" Ray was a once a PowerSeller on eBay. Well, our lurker simply sent a PM to this seller suggesting he do some research on the net, so he'd know who Ray was and make an informed decision. No desparaging remarks about WP or Ray, no links, nothing that was in violation whatsoever. Ray apparently intercepted the PM, it was never delivered to the recipient, and the lurker suddently discovered that her IP was blocked and she banned. Try to explain this, Lurkers! I was furious AGAIN when I found this out and have done some research on my own on this practice. True blue Poppers (that's you PS, Vas, et. a.) seem to accept this as a fact of life. Well, as explained and verified to me by another member here who is associated with the FBI, reading, intercepting, tampering with personal emails is ILLEGAL and here is the FBI internet crimes division link to report Ray. http://www.ic3.gov/ He can also be reported to the BBB and to your PD. Lurkers, do you really want to do business under martial law and pay for the privilege? Think about it, Lurkers. Do you really want your good name and reputation tarnished by someone who has no respect for you, your business or the laws of this country? Do you want to project that image to your buyers? Do you want every thought and action to be scrutinized for "acceptability" by one who is just taking your money and offering nothing in return? Do you really want to conduct your business in fear you might piss off the Grand Wizard on a bad hair day and find you and your business have been axed for life and all your hard work has been for naught? THINK! THINK! THINK! Ray designerdesigners-bargains.ecrater.com |

Hey RAY
I know you are lurking and reading here so let this be my official request to close my Wagglepoop store! I no longer want to support an idiot with an attitude. One who lets is piss-poor judgements and his cry-baby temper tantrums drive my customers away. Let alone hundreds of sellers selling thousands of items and who were obviously making your ends meet. I can't believe you would drive away or ban 700 stores away from what could have been a good marketplace had it been founded by by a real businessman rather than you. You can't keep sellers and you will never have buyers. Only unsuspecting newbies who have no idea what you are all about. I can't believe you lead all those sellers to believe that there was a Karen. There was no Karen and there is no Andrew. All you. Sick and twisted. Just close my store. Night everyone...

One who lets is piss-poor judgements and his cry-baby temper tantrums drive my customers away. [/quote] Yes, I agree! Ray's running of his flailing/failing empire is the reason there are no sales. Customers have followed me to my own website and to eCRATER... but not one followed me to WP. It had nothing at all to do with me, my products or anything - it had to do only with WP and the entity that ran it. |

Good morning everyone,
Been away for a while, busy with real life stuff. Some things I noticed this morning: New description on a down-to-one-item store- Quote:We MOVED TO ETSY.COMHow long will that last? And I think WP lost more forums? How many were there left before? Down to just 5 now, the tech issues one is gone - because, as we all know, any technical difficulty is NEVER WP's fault - so why post about it? |
