Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
The nail in my coffin was when I started a thread entitled "Why Does Ray Romeo Still Have A Store On Ebay?"
It was revised by Karen to read "Why does ~edit~ still have a store on Ebay?" Karen just couldn't understand why it would make a difference. I'm just such a rabble rouser.

If that had been true, you'd think he'd want to do it a bit more anonymously.
Yes, I remember the thread, too. Didn't you ask, Fine, why does Ray still have an active store on the evil Bay, when he CLAIMS to have COMPLETELY severed all ties with the 10-headed monster? In other words, why did Ray lie to us? Karen did some major back peddling, with the "well, it's our way of doing 'research' to see what they're doing over there so that we can be better." I was like, HUH? What kind of is that? Since when do you need to have an active store to get a pulse on eBay? Ray, Ray, Ray -- the master of BS Edit: Does anyone know if he still has his eBay store? If not, then I suppose we can assume he's finished with his "research". |
Ooh yeahhh, thanks for the reminder! I remember them say that! Quote:wagglepopCC1 Wed 05/16/07 2:30 pm
font changes, mine. Hey, I got some ideas: 1) Stop acting like egomanical, paranoid tyrants 2) Start treating your sellers with a little respect and dignity, instead of like dogs, rewarded if they heel on command and punished if they bark 3) Answer business questions for once in your life 4) Advertise 5) Stop robbing sellers of their money, time, and energy -- giving them nothing in return but fear of being excommunicated should they catch Ray on a bad hair day 6) Fix all the problems you promised to fix, like the lame bulk upload and the pathetic invoicing system 7) Get real 8) Try honesty How's that's just for starters. And if you can't do that -- PULL THE DAMN PLUG and let your sellers go someplace that WORKS, where they're appreciated and they can grow their businesses. Ray designers-bargains.ecrater.com |
