200 suckers 22 devout followers 11 kool-aid swillers More negativity :blinkie: Quote:I see no real advantage to this new wagglepop announcement if there is not going to be enough google exposure. The members can only do so much to bring in business to help out. Sorry it could not be what it was originally intended. I have met a lot of helpful folks on this venue, but I am afraid its time to say goodbye. Good luck to all who chose to stay on. I hope it works for you. I will be looking to new horizons to make an extra income.

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Over 20% of WP stores have 10 or less items. One of these is a Showcase store, the subscription of which will increase to $80 in two weeks and has less than $4 worth of inventory. Any bets on whether any of these stores will still be around in two weeks?
It is also curious to note that the home page still misleadingly touts the SmartSell Program as the best thing since sliced bread at $9.95/mo. Nowhere does it say the fee will be increased 3-fold in two weeks. There is a link should you want to "learn more" about the Smart Sell program leading to a page describing all the wonderful attributes of the program, at the bottom of which is an aside indicating the program will be retiring on 6/1 in favor of the new and improved "Enterprise Package." Since there is no mention of an associated fee increase there either, a prospective seller would again be MISLEAD to believe what he/she should be receiving in June is an increase in services, not an increase in fees. In order to find out what fees will be June 1, the prospective seller must click on YET ANOTHER LINK that takes that prospect to the grand announcement. Good way of burying YOUR "negative" news to lookers, Ray, you asshat. BTW: Does anybody know if Poppers have received ANY type of personal notification of the new fee structure? Or perhaps Ray was just planning to give the ignorant a grand surprise in the June invoice, followed by an excommunication notice and "pain of death" collection threat two weeks later should they not capitulate -- all of which culminates in the monthly "state of the union" address (a.k.a. board announcement) blaming deadbeats and miscreants for WP's dismal performance and financial woes. Edit: Under WP's "Core Commitments": "We pledge to always have the best interest of membership at heart when making decisions that affect membership." |

Last I heard... unless the seller is a boardie, they either don't know or are finding out thru other forums.

Has anybody but myself been wondering why PS and User have gone into hiding from this thread? Could it be they might be asked to defend the indefensible?
