It's pretty sad that in just a few weeks, the store count is down to 675 and the featured stores 17.

Are we the only people noticing this?  Sure seems like it.

Joe/Truth,
I don't know if you saw my post or not, but I posted information on who to contact in NY to report business fraud.  With everything you have gathered and you being right there, have you thought about reporting WeeWeepop??

I know your intentions are good and that you want what the rest of us do, To keep people from being sucked into Whineypop's world.  I just don't want to see you get in trouble for seeming to stalk Ray.  Love4
[/quote]

I saw the post and thanks I will after I investigate a little further. In regards to stalking ray I am not. All info including what sherry asked about was done on the computer and a local phone book. Yes you can see his house using google earth and other programs like it. I am only proving his scam and keeping him off balance at the same time. Did you notice that right after I gave his user id it was removed. Ray has tried to hack my computer and I logged his IP address and reported it. They can handle it from there. I am only firing back after I have been fired upon and he knows that I am up to the challange. He lurks here all the time and let him lurk I am glad he has to face the wagglefacts aren't you. I will not allow myself to get into trouble I have a family to support. I have a daughter with special needs (cochlear implant) so when I see Ray taking advantage of people who need the money to live I will help them anyway possible. I know what it is to struggle with high bills. I spent $9000.00+ this month for an upgrade to my daughters implant that is not covered by insurance ( it's called the freedom ).
I think someone posted that they had a child with special needs on the boards at wp this week. That is exactly what Ray is doing, taking money away from the people that need it most. Sorry if I have said to much but this is exatly how I feel and he needs to be stopped.

Sweet Girl 70, As you asked me if I was robin hood the answer is no and I don't intend to be. I am just one of the many who wish to end that site and help people along the way.

I did see this post, Sweet, and I was a bit surprised that it appeared to have been ignored. TRUTH, if you have any CONCRETE, TANGIBLE AND VERIFIABLE evidence Ray has attempted to hack into your system, please, for the sake of everyone here and all the ignorant Poppers drinking Rohypnal-laced Koolaid , you need to bring your case to the authorities. It's my understanding that hacking is not just a state, but a Federal offense.

I also detect a tone of militant, obsessiveness that is speaking louder than your message. Keep on with your investigation and report the facts, which in themselves, will tell all that needs to be told and expose what needs to be seen. I personally think WP wll crumble under its own weight. Regardless of how fast the top spins, it will eventually topple. Reality is WP's gravity, and in my world, vision and wishful thinking cannot suspend the laws of business physics.

And whether Ray is using Rscript or Rainworx or wombat poo poo to run his scam, it makes no difference to me. The bottom line is he's doing nothing new, cheaply, with little effort, that anybody else with half a brain couldn't do, including many of the posters here, but choose not to, BECAUSE WE ARE NOT BOINKTARDS AND SCAM ARTISTS. We don't prey on single moms eeking out a slim living believing our ship will come in with Captain Ray at the helm (yes, Karen used this ship analogy), or fellows with disabled moms who need a purpose in life. Our job is to point them in directions where they can find viable options.

Truth,
I agree with Askling, he needs to be reported to the proper authorities if he is hacking into your computer and you can prove it.

They do notice it, but they believe its mostly non-paying/non-performing sellers having their account closed or sellers leaving that just don't have what it takes to sell on a unique selling environment like WP.  At least thats what Karen has been telling them.

Alskling,

I would like to take this time to clear up a few things and this post is in no way directed towards anyone.
Why do I feel so stongly about bringing down wagglepop! The main issue with wagglepop is no advertising what so ever. We have all asked it and so have I in fact my first post on the wp boards was what ways are you advertising. I knew how close I lived to WP when I asked, I just didn't know that my reply was a post removel and a canned response from Karen not to mention the response from the borg collective as well. After that post was removed I knew it was a scam so here is why.

You could say I am on the front lines when it comes to WP. I don't believe there has been or at least I hope there never will be anyone who lives closer to WP. Trust me you don't want this issue. For that reason alone I see many things that most can't and it is a sad fact. I know the minimal costs that he could be spending in this area for advertising and he hasn't done it not once. I have many times and it works. We have a weekly pennysaver here that reaches over 2,000,000 people and for a $35.00 ad he could reach those people. For $5.00 more for the one ad he would be placed on there website and reach alot more for 4 weeks instead of 1. I know there is an isoldit store in his town that advertises in this weekly and does very well. Ray and I both live within 40 minutes off NYC so you can get a better idea of the amount of people that he could be reaching.

I am not saying he needs to spend thousands every month just a few hundred dollars a month in this local publication would do alot for the seller there (pennysaver.com see for yourself) they deserve it. I have emailed this question to CC and got  the same response as everyone else no answer. I have never seen a flyer for WP anywhere in this area not one. If you want to survive in our area as a business you must advertise in this publication everyone reads it and most use it to get the word out as have I. Ray should also be involed for the time being in his local chamber of commerce but he is not. There are alot more things he could be doing but I don't feel I need to explain them all here you should get my point.

To sum up what I am getting at is this. If you walked down the street in our area and asked someone if they heard about wagglepop they would say wagglewho who is that I don't know them. It is Ray's problem to make the people in his area aware of his business. Not someone from Texas or Canada. He is not doing this and will not anytime soon and he should be. I hope that clears that up!

As per repeating what has been said before in this thread I do not find anything wrong with that and will not stop doing it. Here's why:

I do advise everyone to take the time to read this thread in full and would welcome all who were here before back at anytime. Fact is this thread is too long as it is but it is the best source of truth about WP. Most people will not read all of it. My intensions is to provide facts to everyone who comes here regardless if they have been said before so they will suspect wp as a scam right away and avoid it. There is no index in this thread and most won't look through 275 pages to find something, they will however read what is in front of them. I hope you agree and I never have intended to take credit for info stated before I am only reporting on what I find in my investigation as I find and complete pieces of the scam. Thankyou to all who support this thread.
