Not sure, I lost count but I'm sure someone around here knows. Seems like just yesterday we were talking about the 666 stores  Lol

There once was a guy named Ray
who would click on Ad Smart ads all day
With one hand he'd click
with the other hold his pr*** :blinkie:
while he laughed at the poppers who stay.

Sorry for the nastiness... but I coudn't resist!

btw... beware of the mental picture that goes with this... it's a doozy!!

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
The downward slide has begun. Now Ray is scrambling to find ways to stop the downward spiral. If he implements CC verification, he may as well shut the site down now. He is having enough trouble getting buyers now. It is mostly sellers buying from other sellers, since the sellers claim that the new buyers that aren't sellers don't leave feedback. Until people can research sold items, no one will know exactly who the buyers are. It will be even harder to get new buyers to the site if they have to give their CC info.

If a seller has to give CC info to a new site, I doubt many will do that either. And if people that are considering selling (or buying) at Pop Land have done their research, they know what happened the first go round. They will not want to give CC info to the site.

This could get real interesting.

Race... I didn't see where it said that they would be collecting that info... did I miss something??  I saw that changes would be implemented but are we just assuming that collecting CC info will be part of it?

Also, I don't think that WP is interested in getting buyers but just keeping the sellers that they have!  Why on earth would they attack buyers that come to the boards if that were the case?  Even the sellers are mean to the buyers!  Ray has them soooooooo brainwashed that they are doing his dirty work.  When a buyer has a valid question, they should be treated with kid gloves, not chastised and assumed to be a troll... geez...

I really think that the whole "60-90 day" promise of advertising, etc. is simply to buy time... Ray doesn't want buyers, just monthly spendable income... the sellers are providing him that... :-\

Platzki,
You are right but. I have been saying this since I came to TT. The home page is setup for buyers. Look at what is front and center on the home page. It's Smartsell pro for $9.95 a month. Ray is the only real seller everyone else is buying his $9.95 a month to sell stuff to one another. This will never change. Ray will never get it into his head that charging people to list on a new site is wrong.

I'll go one step further with this FVF'S maybe but listing fee's per item or flat rate per month is just wrong. This is an unproven site that is failing and fast. The sooner the better!

No, it wasn't spelled out that they would be collecting CC info. I was just stating that IF that happened, things could get real interesting.

Sorry I didn't make that clear. :-[
