Anyone wanna take bets that Ray will screw up royally and miss this second HUGE opportunity? My guess is he's sitting on his hands right now, with no marketing ready to go.... ....and servers that won't be able to handle the stampede. Again. |

[/quote] Ray doesn't have the money or infrastructure to do anything, and WP isn't even a contender to be an alternative to ePier let alone eBay. 6200 listings? LiveDeal is over 2 million, Yahoo, Bidville, and OnlineAuction near 1 million, Overstock just went over 300,000, eBid (us site only) and MightyBids near 200,000, ePier 140,000 (390,000 counting stores), and several dozen others that are bigger than WP. |

Amy, I am well aware that WP and Ray are pitiful tiddlywinks. All I'm saying is that I'll bet he'll miss this opportunity for snagging sellers and doing some of his "marketing" that he's supposed to be so good at and that he's promising 'everyone'. I'll bet he doesn't get it together enough to even try........
Not important to me, other than some occasional masochistic entertainment........ |
