Stardust, Your avatar reminds me of a book I read. Long story short: Black cats are rarely adopted... bad karma, superstitions, etc. A lady working in an animal shelter named a black cat Jelly Bean. He was adopted right away. The person that adopted him said his name is what attracted her to him. So, the animal shelter lady names every black cat Jelly Bean and they always get adopted within days! Edited to correct grammar. |
