Does anybody know if it is against WP policy to include a link to your eBay store in your WP listing? I have found a few of them and on the eBay side there is no return link to WP.

Alskling, I wonder if those sellers are cutting in on our troll fund from eBay? Were you notified of this at the last meeting? By the way one of these links is from a new WP seller on page 15 of view all stores. Check the sellers with 1 item listed. It will look like a link to a website above a logo.

I could care less if the money is coming out of the 'troll fund' but if any of the money is coming out of the 'paid feebay employee with an agenda' budget there is going to be hell to pay. They promised us they wouldn't hire any new people until the next fee hike!!!

I'll pick on any LIAR. According to PS's logic, if she sells her mother's old diamond engagement ring for $1000 to a Popper she buys 999 trading cards from for $1 each, she's a seller and not a buyer. And the OTHER Popper is a BUYER not a seller.

Frankly, I couldn't care less if PS a seller or a buyer, but to call yourself a seller simply because the dollar figure on sales (we're taking her word for it, anyway) is higher than that of purchases, is BS. She ignored all the other questions I asked her, and concentrated on this issue alone.

Same goes for WP. I couldn't care less if it's a cultist, elistist, private club run by a egocentric, selfish, greedy despot who presses a few buttons on his boxed software in his home office. Just say so. Claiming WP is any kind of ALTERNATIVE to eBay, is a flat-out lie. It is one big scam created by smoke and mirrors, and much of the way Ray conducts business is dangerously close to being illegal (although it could be argued that the line has been crossed on many occasions).

What amazes me about PS and Poppers like her is that they have NO PROBLEM aligning themselves with what appears to be a liar, con artist, and thief (in fact VOCIFEROUSLY defend him) as long as they get something out of it. What kind of ethics are those?

I think thats a yes. In the forum policy it states under Public Forums: The following types of posts or comments are considered unacceptable in any forum on our site. Posting of such may result in the suspension of your ability to post in our forum or the suspension of your account:

# Posts that contain any code or programming routine that interferes with the stability of the site, or the ability of others to post messages.
# Posts that advertise items you have for sale.
# Posts that contain profanity or that are defamatory in nature.
# Posts that contain links to other online auction sites.
# Posts that contain adult pictures, material, or links.
# Posts that disclose personally identifiable information about another registered member.
# Posts that are disruptive in nature, harass or threaten another member or Wagglepop staff member.

Bolding mine. If it's a no no on WP forum it has to be true for listing content as well. With no link back to WP from eBay then they must be a reverse spam. Direct WP traffic back to eBay. Just my guess.

Ok this one is driving me nuts. Can anyone find a listing for store #1 while browsing the books catagory? I can find store listings from other sellers but not from store #1 which leads me to believe store #1 is inactive. I have noticed that it has been loosing listings and should fall under 5,000 listings in the next few hours but is this a ghost store that we are seeing?

I have never seen a link to ebay in a WP listing before today. That's a smart popper if you ask me drive the traffic away from WP to ebay where they have there items. Totally new concept here.
