Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
I am just posting to bump my posts up to 10. I want to be able to give karma too. Now, let's see if I can figure out how to do it.

My Blood flows red & blue I'm a Harcore wagglepopper and Darn proud to say it. Imagine the reaction of someone from the outside stumbling on this statement with no knowledge of WP. I doubt they would say oh gee look this site must be wonderful just look how supportive this person is. Instead they would probably say is this for real? This person is "over the top". It sounds like a statement from an addict.
This quote got a lot of attention around here. Who remembers who said this?
I remember. It was Brian. It really was an "over-the-top" comment, and then not long after I hear of the Gunfight at the WP Corral between Brian and Ray. Only room for one Emperial wizard in Ray's sandbox. Gremlins are like roaches. They sneak out at night. I don't know who brought them this time, but I just lost 3 points from the time I turned off the computer and went to bed to the time a turned it back on this morning. I don't know what I did to deserve all this attention. Again, THANK YOU, GREMLINS! |

pssst...Karma Gremlins...how many whacks do I get for this ->
Karma gremlins..........the scourge of TT. I am still playing catch up from the zillions of pts my karma gremlins wiped out over a period of months. They kept busy on an hourly basis. In any case, I bumped the karma up for those on this page. While the karma means little, I know it is extremely annoying----sort of like a slap in the face! |

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
I know we are all adults here (at least most of us). I'm sure we can have a nice discussion.
User- state your purpose, cuz it looks like you just came in here to have a debate with skcus. Which is mostly speculation anyway, because only those who were at the WPSSU forum know what happened that day, and the rest of us probably don't even care.. ?? I really don't, personally. This thread provides some entertainment but the rest of TT actually has valuable information about selling online, which is what we do. Hence, why we're here. I guess I'm just curious as to your agenda here. |

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Geez user, there isn't a former popper here that isn't totally embarrassed about something they said on the boards at WP. We have dissected our own faux pas as well.
We have for posting rah rah quotes. I wasn't there when Brian posted that, but I laughed, too. That's all you can do. I, as a former popper. can say that I was just as excited about the promise of a new eBay alternative. I spammed, I did everything I could to advertise. I passed the and waved the . I paid my bill in a timely fashion and was supportive. I had sales (only to other sellers). I made purchases (from other sellers). When I added sitemeter and found that NOBODY from the outside world was visiting, I started doing a little research. When posts were censored and sellers were publicly told that they were lazy or selling inferior merchandise, I slammed the door shut. What is the statement about WAGGLEPOP that you want to share?
I hate stupid people!
