Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Wow, you guys are a bunch of classy people here...
You know, if wagglepop was such a bad site, then you guys wouldn't be talking about it so much. I know if I don't like a place, I don't talk about it continently. Doesn't that help the place in away. IT also amazes me that if you don't sell on wagglepop, then how do you know how successful it is or not? I agree there are some not so good parts about WP but they are worked around. Just curious, why was nothing mentioned about the people that do have massive feedback (sales)? All you can do is mention a few that seem not to have sold anything in, what did you say, in a year? I also sell on feebay, but I sell more on WP. Sale $ WP eBay fees store $5.00 $0.25 $0.63 $6.00 $0.25 $0.75 $7.00 $0.25 $0.87 $8.00 $0.25 $0.99 $9.00 $0.25 $1.11 $9.99 $0.25 $1.22 $10.00 $0.50 $1.23 $11.00 $0.50 $1.35 $12.00 $0.50 $1.47 $13.00 $0.50 $1.59 $14.00 $0.50 $1.71 $15.00 $0.50 $1.83 $16.00 $0.50 $1.95 $17.00 $0.50 $2.07 $18.00 $0.50 $2.19 $19.00 $0.50 $2.31 $20.00 $0.50 $2.43 $21.01 $0.75 $2.55 $22.00 $0.75 $2.67 $23.00 $0.75 $2.79 $24.00 $0.75 $2.91 $25.00 $0.75 $3.03 $26.00 $0.75 $3.15 $27.00 $0.75 $3.27 $28.00 $0.75 $3.39 $29.00 $0.75 $3.51 $30.00 $0.75 $3.63 how much do you pay in ebay fees? if you guys knew anything about advertising on your own, you would come to WP and advertise for a few months, then Wagglepop could do some advertising of their own... anyway, I know I am talking to the wall here with all you haters so........ |

Crisasst quote
Quote:IT also amazes me that if you don't sell on wagglepop, then how do you know how successful it is or not? If you'd bothered to read this thread, you would know that most of us WERE sellers on WP. Been done -- done that. And it is your BOINKTARD cult leader that is, was and always will be the problem with WP and why the site is, was and always will be a loser and the laughing stock of the e-commerce world. Wake up! Oh, and we couldn't give a rat's ass what the fees are at WP -- none of us would EVER go back -- in fact, NOT EVEN IF YOU PAID us. Quote:if you guys knew anything about advertising on your own, you would come to WP and advertise for a few months, then Wagglepop could do some advertising of their own... I think a few of us do know a thing or two about advertising (without resorting to the banal tactic of spamming competitors' boards or illegally sending spam emails, as your cult leader sanctions) and a hill of Boston baked beans more than your moronic, boinktard cult leader who is such a marketing retard he can't even break even selling his mag cut-outs on eBay. A good many posters here have their own sites -- some with multiple sites -- with traffic and sales you will NEVER see. I, for one, have about half as many items in my inventory than WP offers on its ENTIRE SITE! Go drink some more -- |

Case Study #2 Angel/PS Admits to $76 daily. Not massive. Not even close. I rest my case.

Quote:Case Study #2 PS, the poster child for WP, the one singled out and glorified by AndRay as exemplary --the model for all aspiring Poppers -- the one who is "one of our very best examples of what is possible through hard work and dedication to a goal" claims to make a whopping $76 daily. Not only is this about as impressive as yesterday's mashed potatoes, I don't believe she EVER even said her daily pittance was a result of sales on WP. According to her, she has stores on 8 sites, and according to my own investigation does one big helluva lot better on eBay, even WITH the fees. And, if you check her WP feedback, you'll find her FB from other SELLERS far outweighs her feedback from buyers. Like everything else about WP. It's all |

Quote:how much do you pay in ebay fees? I pay eBay $0 tolensmiley: I pay $0 in monthly FVF fees on my websites. If I sold the same amount on WP (which is highly unlikely), I would have paid WP approximately $600 in FVF fees last month. Suddenly WP doesn't seem like such a good value, does it? |

Hey Chris welcome to the lion's den.
I can understand new poppers taking the stance that our experience with WP is a year or more old and you all feel it's a new up and coming site today just waiting for the world to recognize this. You didn't walk in our shoes back then. So let's talk about the current trend at WP. For the month of February 2008; 316 stores opened during the month of those: 180 store have closed. And no, most of them were not for non-payment. 31 stores are currently empty. 105 stores are still active. That's over 2/3rds of "new to Wagglepoop, the greatest auction site on the Internet, Welcome to the Revolution" crowd that have blown the pop-stand. January 2008 stats are even more dismal. Want those too? A store that recently departed was one of WP's most fervent new supporters. Eye Catching with the Eye Sore template. Guess she won't be participating in the 99 cent sale... Ignorance is bliss - from our point of view, you are just ecstatic.
The one thing you can never afford to lose is your temper.

Eye Catching Beauty has a new store there with the same old eye sores. Look at Custom Cutsi Designs if you wish to go blind. It is my opinion that the designer and the blinding eye poster are one in the same. Let the Truth be Told P.S. This information was aquired from said poopers efforts of spaming there very own eBay listing, http://cgi.ebay.com/eBay-auction-templat...dZViewItem every one of which is against eBay's policy of offering more items for sale outside of eBay |
