Re: STORE OWNERS BOYCOTT EBAY IN PROTEST
So what exactly are the rules of the 24 hour boycott?
What are we supposed to do/not do? |

Re: STORE OWNERS BOYCOTT EBAY IN PROTEST
Hey Anita, Iron!
Announcements re the boycott will be forthcoming in a day or two. Did you guys check out the blog that Amy posted?

check out the stock close, ive been watching it all day http://www.google.com/finance?q=EBAY
I've been watching it too. A link to a blog article was next to the stock quote. The article isn't good news for store sellers hoping to gain mass market support against the fee hike if the majority of buyers feel the way this blogger does about the fee hike: Good News: eBay bows to consumer pressure http://amarok.kde.org/blog/archives/196-...ssure.html |

Re: STORE OWNERS BOYCOTT EBAY IN PROTEST
Thx, N.....
Also, Hotel california..."We are all prisoners of our own device," seems kinda appro (spell?) for ebay, eh? Responded to ya e, also. Now, for a "sliiqueism original." "He, or she, has deluded him/herself into thinking he/she has some intelligence." I never DID copyright that, prolly shoulda. How ya like that for a 9th grade dropout? lmaooooooooooo Hmmm, went to that Blog that Amy so graciously had in her Post. John Jones, ONE of my alteregos, responded.... http://amarok.kde.org/blog/index.php?url...ssure.html&serendipity[csuccess]=true Regarding boycott....I'll keep my Store open until boycott starts, then close it for good and not list any, of the few weekly ones I intend to, until the boycott is over. Suit ya's?

Re: STORE OWNERS BOYCOTT EBAY IN PROTEST
Slique,
It all sounds good. Posting a link for you here to the "main" ebay page on TT--- http://community.tuliptools.com/index.ph...d,2.0.html That's where you'll find most of us making astute and stupid comments about a wide variety of topics. ;D Btw, if you are in need of a hosting company again, Tulip Hosting is great! That's where I am bldg my main site.(If I ever figure out the shopping carts) : |

Re: STORE OWNERS BOYCOTT EBAY IN PROTEST
Here's an off the wall thought ... I wonder if the ebay stores team might end up feeling so shafted that they go off and form their own site. Maybe Marty should be talking to Chris T & company rather than "making deals" with Bill.
