Apparently I missed all of the fun. :

READ THIS: ;D tuliptoolz-must-be-shutdown-without-delay (0 ) View Listings | Report Sep-22-06 10:11 PDT 177 of 178 Not soon enough OP. The methodology of systematic stalking, investigation, harassment, and intimidation of targeted eBay members and their businesses by eBay member vigilantes began soon after eBay was formed in late 1995, and these practices have continued to this day, with a number of posses expanding their illegal activities outside the confines of eBay onto the wider Internet and into so-called real life. Crew members conduct online meetings at off-eBay discussion forums like Tuliptoolz, and utilize these, along with internet chat, instant messaging, and email, to name, discuss, and to distribute dossiers on targets, to coordinate attack strategies, to evaluate progress, and to celebrate victories. Experience has shown them that a concerted barrage of complaints is far more effective in bringing about quick and decisive action by an unsuspecting third party than a single or even a number of sporadic complaints, however well-conceived and well-written; therefore, conspiring with others to destroy selectively targeted sellers and businesses is deemed necessary, and this is not considered wrong from the vigilante's perspective, for invariably the ends do justify whatever means may be required, even to the extent of adopting illegal methods to achieve their self-justified and generally self-motivated ends. A perfect example of this vigilante cyberstalking happened just this morning (9-22) with the "How Many of You Have Made a Business Plan???" and the "Posting IDs with GREAT sales..." threads. The harassment and intimidation game plan originated on a Tuliptoolz thread and no less than 2 minutes later three Tuliptoolz posters carried out their dirty deed. It is only a matter of time before eBay, LW and any victims of this harrassment file a Class Action Suit against Tuliptoolz and have the website shutdown and collect damages in the same fashion the Federal Court in San Francisco shutdown various sites for stalking, harassment, and intimidation of targeted eBay members earlier this year. I make no apologies TT, operating under the guise of "Free Speech" is one thing; allowing your members to plan purposeful harrassment and targeting of individuals on Tuliptoolz and coming to this Stores Board to carry out the crime is wrong and against the Law. Is it asking too much to suggest you read California Civil Code 1708.7 and brush up on the Law and clean up your act? +++++++++ Sounds like they just described lieworld and eBay operatives to a tee. Typical fashion and spin as usual. :

tuliptoolz-must-be-shutdown-without-delay = brainchemicals
You would think that Liveworld would give him a new location other than his usual Texas one. Hiya Brain. Any of you lurkers who wish to have the list of free sites, I'm sure that TT will be happy to post them again here. THEY have no agenda other than helping. |

Maybe we aren't so bad after all since she is now going to give FREE what she wanted to charge $450+ for. The question is: will the guide be advertising free? |

Re: Do Self-promoting posts by designers on eBay boards discourage website creat
That person who posted the harassing "tuliptoolz" thread was banned from here this summer for stalking TT members who sell on eBay. The poster has made numerous harassing posts on the eBay boards stalking a few of our members, and setup a harassment web page containing info on one of our members he has stalked for several months and he linked it to her eBay feedback profile.
