That person who posted the harassing "tuliptoolz" thread was banned from here this summer for stalking TT members who sell on eBay. The poster has made numerous harassing posts on the eBay boards stalking a few of our members, and setup a harassment web page containing info on one of our members he has stalked for several months and he linked it to her eBay feedback profile. [/quote] Typical lieworld type or just an mileyazwipe: Everything that idiot wrote is exactly what he/she has been doing. Amazing isn't it. : Hey next time one of you go out and cheat on your spouse. Run home and shake your finger in their face and accuse them of doing all the cheating. (That's is how it usually really goes in the real world anyhow) The guilty party is the first to accuse the innocent out of...well... self guilt. Edited cause I can't spell. LOL

Business Plan Writing Guide Links and Resources from the SBA and Inc. magazine
Repost of the links that were posted on the eBay Stores board today (the links that the troll claimed were an example of TT "stalking" and "vigilantism" : )
Business Plan Basics http://www.sba.gov/starting_business/pla...basic.html Writing the Plan http://www.sba.gov/starting_business/pla...gplan.html Using the plan http://www.sba.gov/starting_business/pla...gplan.html Free Business Plan Workshops http://www.sba.gov/starting_business/pla...gplan.html The Best link from the SBA Essential Elements of a Good Business Plan For Growing Companies http://www.sba.gov/managing/strategicplan/guide.html Added bonus, this 'horrid' link was not on the eBay boards today - its another very good FREE guide to business plans. http://www.inc.com/guides/write_biz_plan/20660.html |

Thanks Mandy.
If that's what stalking is, you can stalk me anytime. I can use all the help I can get and I really appreciate the information. |

If you are STILL getting e mails from this clown go file a police report.
Cyber stalking is a serious crime. Or give me all the info I know exactly what to do.

Re: Do Self-promoting posts by designers on eBay boards discourage website creation?
I am beginning to see why so many of the stores boardies think it is perfectly OK to shamelessly promote yourself.
(1) They wish that they had the nerve themselves since many can't get a sale without posting to the boards. If selling to each other is ALL that you've got, you need a new plan. (2) They appreciate the self-promotion by some designers and so-called SEO experts because they are too friggin' lazy to do the work themselves and are looking for a magic bullet to do it for them. So you see some of them saying "hey! I would pay for that service." IMO, there is nothing wrong with getting yourself out there via message boards to be seen but there is a line that shouldn't be crossed. Pretending to be helpful for the sole purpose of drumming up business is crossing the line. And who wants to get their business plan from someone whose own business plan seems to strongly consist of spamming? |
