so where did you guys post? and where is your new id???

Well, you already quoted Amy so I guess you found her.  Wink

As for my alter-ego, just do a board search on my ID. Don't want to give too much away here. Gotta keep the Bayers guessing, you know.  Laughing7

Re: Why does Ebay need Liveworld...
Quote:The stores format is the most successful web store presence ever built on the internet. That is nothing to sneeze at. While I agree that eBay seems to be barking up the wrong trees lately at times, there will be some new ideas that move this forward, perhaps changes will come at ebay.

Most people need to hang in there. Store sales are actually up as people have closed stores and more items are showing up in BIN.

Laughing4  Actually I still have my eBay store (it's just parked and pays for itself plus some so haven't closed it). Sales are not up. They are 1/5 of my web site sales and 1/5 of my eBay sales from the same time last year.

Here are the "successful stats" for 9/1-9/15/06:

Ebay Store Unique visits per Omniture-- 564 (eBay "accounting" & includes my own visits).
Ebay Store Unique visits per my own counter: 270.
Last year for same 15 days Omniture 1401 (was running a few auctions)

My new 4 1/2 month old site: 1618 and growing  Smile .

Proof that eBay has removed support and promotion for the stores concept.

The people left on the stores board spend their days cheering and creating fan clubs for someone who used swear words at eBay.  Icon_scratch and mourning the loss of PC4S. WTF??? Kim

From the still silly thread:

Quote:Count me in. Hell, I'll even chip in a few bucks if need be. Now's the time. Seems like the whole world is mad at Ma and Pa Kettle, and the Holidays are fast approaching. We'd get a lot of free press right now, too.

OMG! He sounds like a Popper.

(And I know that this one is a Future Voice. )  Violent1

OT: Still trying to get rid of that "Big Member. "  Laughing7 Almost there.

Hey Cranky, if you run into the guy whose post I brought here yesterday (from Annie's blog), try to work on him to join TT. I like him---good sense of humor and we need more males around here. Angel1
