p.s. just got the order of stuff for my Mom's b-day from Country Passion Candles:  http://www.countrypassion.com (one of the sites I mentioned that looked like they might be good above).

The website owner shipped the candles lightning fast, gave me free samples, and even added a handwritten thank you note. Mom & pop service with items that will be enjoyed, without all the eBay BS.
