I used Live Person probably 4 years ago for our other retail website--and was happy with it (stopped using it because we didn't have someone always around to talk to customers through it).

Anyway, I want to know if anyone knows of a free service like Live Person Chat Boxes (I currently have a Chatango box on the new site, but would like something more like Live Person eventually).

I figured BBH might know of one.

Or, is LP still pretty good? Their pricing info is totally hidden on the site, so I can't see how much it is without requesting a quote. Blehh.
