It would be a great day indeed if paypal/ebay had to make restitution also. How many Non-Performing Seller reports do you think this young guy racked up? I'd like a lawyer with some snap show how paypal/ebay had to have been a willing accomplice. There's a legal concept termed willfull ignorance.
