The only good thing might be that his nomination has to be approved by Congress. The segment is well worth a listen when you have time. There is also a good segment from today's broadcast about key house committee appointments that will take place now that the dems have control. The key appointments will now consist of women, hispanics, and african american representatives, a far cry from the dixie crats that were in control 12 years ago.

Ethic-less has become a requirement for appointment to any high office (government or corporate).

Damn near, but some are worse than others, and Bush seems to have a knack for appointiing the least ethical human beings he can find!
