You will receive a free* Fixed Price Listing when you choose to accept PayPal as a payment option as described below, commencing at 12:00:01am AEDST, Tuesday 5th December, 2006 and ending 11:59:59pm AEDST, Thursday 7th December, 2006.

When?
All items listed on eBay.com.au between the hours of 12:00:01am AEDST, Tuesday 5th December, 2006 and ending 11:59:59pm AEDST, Thursday 7th December, 2006 with PayPal as an accepted payment method and offering a fixed price listing as an option will be eligible for free Fixed price listing. Listings must commence during the promotion period in order to be eligible.

Terms & Conditions of this Promotion:

What Listings Qualify?

    * Any item listed on eBay.com.au with PayPal selected as an accepted payment method (PayPal listings), during the promotional period that also offer a fixed price for the item
    * PayPal listings in all categories, excluding motors and real estate
    * PayPal listings in more than one category
    * PayPal listings re-listed during the promotional period
    * PayPal listings created with Turbo Lister and other listing tools
    * Listings that accept PayPal and also accept any of the other payment methods such as bank deposit, cheque, money order etc

What Listings Do Not Qualify?

    * PayPal listings created during the promotional period stated above, but scheduled to start after the promotional period.
    * PayPal listings revised to add include Fixed Price Listing during the promotion period
    * PayPal listings which do not conform to these terms & conditions or eBay's policies
    * Any listing which has not checked the PayPal box as an accepted method of payment
    * Stores Listings
    * PayPal listings created prior to 12:00:01am AEDST, Tuesday 5th December, 2006 that are scheduled to start during the promotional period

*All other fees including optional reserve price fees (Vehicles), Final Value Fees, additional listing upgrade fees, subscription fees and PayPal fees will still apply.
