Nice stunt to get free publicity.
I'll say. She should have figured that out before she listed it. This tells me she is more concerned about the possible reasons why someone is buying the bra than being concerned about raising money for the charity. This disgusts me and is selfish on her part. |

Nice stunt to get free publicity. :
For both eBay and Britney--at the expense of the charity and bidders. |

Re: EBay explains why it pulled Britney Spears' bra from auction
Since she pulled it so unceremoniously due to apparent false, misleading information, what say we suggest she donate the lost funds to her charity? Hmmm? Seems fair to me........... I'm sure she can afford it.

I'm sure she can afford it.
Sounds good to me ...and I say we suggest eBay match her donation. eBay received a huge amount of free publicity over the past few weeks due to "employee errors" in cancelling the Britney Bra and NASCAR Thrown Helmet auctions ... : Quote:false, misleading information hmmm, kind of like the 100s of 'item not as described' complaints in the feedback profile of the PeSA member she chose to handle the auction for her. Guess they were made for each other. :twistedevil:
"Well, Jay was so giddy that someone named Jay was involved with this site we posted our first non-eBay listing in 3 years here at Lunarbid (we tried two items at Yahoo once upon a time, they bombed)" -Marie posting in a LunarBid thread at OTWA in 2005 wins the award for 'most moronic reason ever given for choosing a venue"
"thanks twat u must have nothing better 2 do. do u talk to all your members like that. will not be recomending your site. best way to put it is TULIPTOOLS.COM IS REALLY SHIT. DONT JOIN." -pubescent owner of rinky dink off2auction.com in 2011 |
