I was completely wrong... After a more in depth look (I found time after fulfilling my orders with a value higher than the entire aSs crew's 2 days of sales) This wasn't built from the buggy ITechBids script. It was built from the buggy PHPProBid script.
The fisherman is just pi$$ed he couldn't get a piece of the money for bugging up the site. He is probably still paralyzed with confusion on how someone could make a site slower than him.

Scenarios:
Ray owns site 1 (AQ) pads listing counts with fake sellers, sells it to a new owner who can't do anything with it either. New owner gets it and is too much of a boinktard to realize one of Ray's old listing padding ID's is still active.

Ray owns site 2 (PH) puts a puppet at the head, and gains actual credibility given her rep as a forum junkie at PSU. She builds the site legitimately to a single silver powerseller's sales volume, and he pretends to sell it since he can't con those same folks the way he did at AQ. The owner cannot make a dime on it as promised, and Ray once again moves all his stuff and people.

Ray starts site #3 (aSs) and takes the "admin" with him. He can't gain any traction her way since he ruined her rep with the last site, so he brings over his old database for the "bookz" seller to pad these counts. Ray realizes he is stuck being the aSs of the internet, and focuses more on his secondhand buggy mods business threatening to sue everyone who finds out he bought them for as little as half the price he is selling them for to Probid script owners.

I don't have all of the history on these manipulators. I feel bad for the people who's time has been completely wasted by them though.

Different Raytard.  It's the Ray who makes a PHP Pro Bid mod that inflates the listing and member counts that are shown on sites so rinky dink owners can mislead sellers (who Ray refers to as "sheep")

Let me add a little more background. This Raytard inflates more than listing and member counts. This Raytard dropships code. He doesn't necessarily write the mods. Nope, he hires day-workers to write and even install (nothing like giving an unknown third party access to your site!) mods which he packages and resells. The Bar Keep dubbed this practice as "dropshipping code" over at TCH last year.

It's not deceitful. It's a legit business that caters to the naive and ignorant.
