Re: PlunderHere and AlsoShop: A Web of Privacy Violations, Backstabbing, and Deceit
Quote:The reason we haven't submitted all listings is b/c some sellers noted that they have items already listed in Base, either from another e-commerce site or their personal sites. So while it would have been easier to simply list all items matching Googles criteria we listened to our users and broke the feed up by seller so each seller will have control of their feed. As noted this is beta and we are looking for feedback and suggestions as to what sellers may desire for features.http://www.powersellersunite.com/post-28...tml#285531 How about more reasons not to submit everything: 1. You can't submit all items in the same fashion as past rinky dink Probid "Hacks" allowed. You must now break up the feeds by seller according to Google Merchant Center, not just because the users want it. 2. Google Merchant Center policy: "Posting is not permitted for products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods" http://www.plunderhere.com/other_items.p..._id=106757 Seller name: Christiansales http://www.plunderhere.com/other_items.p..._id=110942 3. Google Merchant Center policy: "Posting is not permitted for unauthorized or "bootleg" copies of media, software, or other licensed or protected material" http://www.plunderhere.com/other_items.p..._id=103735 http://www.plunderhere.com/other_items.p..._id=106757 4. Google Merchant Center policy: "Items and associated websites may not promote violence or advocate against a protected group." http://www.plunderhere.com/other_items.p..._id=101233 All of these items encompass 10% of Auxoos listings that would get Auxoo/Plunderher banned from Google Merchant Center. Maybe that's a bit better reason than listing on multiple venues.

Re: PlunderHere and AlsoShop: A Web of Privacy Violations, Backstabbing, and Deceit
Quote: either from another e-commerce site or their personal sites I'm assuming that the reference to "personal sites" in BidWhale's quote refers to the average PHP Pro Bid auction site like AlsoShop or Plunderhere that is spammed on PSU - a site that is owned by an individual not a company...a site whose owner thinks the term 'metrics' refers to the measurement system used in other countries...a site where you can buy an item from a seller in the same state and not pay sales tax...a site where products are sourced from Wal-mart, outlet store sales, Dollar Tree, garages, attics, and dumpsters rather than from wholesalers and manufacturers...a site that doesn't have clearly defined terms of sale, return policies, or privacy policies...a site where the monthly dollar volume of sales is so minuscule that the average participant earns a fraction of what a 16 year old McDonald's counter worker makes in a day...a site where fun, games, and community take precedence over earning a living and paying the bills... :twistedevil: |

ASs December 1-10 total sales sitewide Wrote:Dec 2009 sneaky math: 43.5 sales per day, $109 daily sitewide on ASs /1 sale every 2 days for store owners, $1.40 average daily gross per day for the 77 (down from 86) store owners from 12/1-12/10 quote from random PSU poster /Ebay seller Wrote:I am a silver powerseller on target for gold and I normally make about 30 - 50 sales per day. sneaky thoughts: a. that relatively small seller makes more sales per day than occur on the entire ASs site b. that relatively small seller's monthly sales are roughly equivalent to 5 months of ASs GMV c. there's no reason for sellers to settle for $1.40 per day used panties fetish man binarywebs Wrote:There are 3 types of people in this world ... AlsoShop's puppet and her backer the fisherman fall under #3. There's nothing more pathetically sad than an unsuccessful loser auction site owner failure who can't do the work to provide their sellers with enough buyers to gross more than $1.40 per day during the busiest week of the year but spends infinite amounts of time yakking on the boards. Alsoshop never had it, and never will.

Stootsi's November traffic was more than twice the combined total of ASs and Flounderhere ....sad

Quote:There will always be those who envy the success of another. The type '3' person. It is they who spend infinite amounts of time attempting to belittle another in an attempt to feel better about themselves, their failures, and their pathetically sad and lonely existence in this world. I chuckled over that little statement as I totalled my sales yesterdayof more than the total aSs sales yesterday. And I am considered by many to be a "hobby" seller now, just a few thousand monthly, which is more than any seller on aSs will sell all year. On PSU, this is considered greed, lies, and propagandistic drivel to make that much without using a BinaryWebs "HACK" site. PSU needs to be renamed PHPProBid rinky dink lovers united.
