Looks like they are attempting to copy Bid-alot with multiple feedback, VIP, and fraud protection and other stuff.

I disagree, BA has had public viewable "Ask Seller" for some time. Granted we don't quite have the traffic that BV has, but we also don't have the MO scams or CC scams that BV has been plagued with. BV didn't plagerise, but ... that must mean we are probably doing something right if a site wants to copy. I think its funny.
