The policies , terms, and conditions described below, as well as the details on our privacy policy page which is included herein by reference, constitute the 'conditions of use'/ 'terms of service' for the TulipTools.com web site. You agree, through your use of this forum and the forum blogs, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful ,harassing, obscene, profane, racist or hate speech, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any International or United States Federal law. You furthermore agree that you will not engage in any interpersonal disputes or activity which involves the harassment, stalking, or posting of personal information of other members (including contact information, private messages, and personal emails). You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also forbidden on this forum and the forum blogs.

Please remember that we do not actively monitor the posted messages, and as such, are not responsible for the content contained within. Termination of Membership Privileges. Use of this site is a privilege given to you, not a right. TulipTools is a privately owned site, and your account may be terminated at any time, at TulipTools' sole discretion. Without limiting other remedies, we may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend, or terminate your access to the site without notice if you breach any of the terms of this agreement or if you take any actions anywhere that, in our sole judgment, may cause legal liability for or claims against you, our users, or us. In the event TulipTools suspends or terminates your access to the Site, you agree that you will not attempt to gain access to the site by registering a new account. Continuing to access, or attempting to access the site, after your access has been terminated may be considered computer trespass and we reserve the right to pursue legal action in such cases.

Banned IP addresses. Using a proxy to access, attempt to access, or to send data/electronic communications to, TulipTools network systems, including its website, web servers, and email server after being IP banned will be considered computer trespass and we reserve the right to pursue legal action in such cases.

Registration. You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. We advise that you keep the name appropriate. With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another person except an administrator, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another person's account for any reason. We also HIGHLY recommend you use a complex and unique password for your account, to prevent account theft.

Each member is allowed one login account. Registering on the forum with multiple accounts is not allowed. Using an open/anonymous proxy IP address to register accounts is not allowed

After you register and login to this forum, you will be able to fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information the forum owner or staff determines to be inaccurate or vulgar in nature will be removed, with or without prior notice. Appropriate sanctions may be applicable.

Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this forum or your ISP contacted.
