I believe it's about identity theft. An ex TT member registered Bellisima's real name as an ID on delicious and is using it to libel and stalk her.  The same person has also changed their eBay ID to our hosting company's name in an attempt to impersonate us. This same person has also registered our company name, the name of BBH's store, and names of our other websites on various sites in an attempt to impersonate us.

Unfortunately, Mary, Reg is right.  :angryfire:

She also registered variations on TT's business name on various sites. Apart from having no scruples whatsoever, she apparently is not concerned about lawsuits and jail. :angryfire:

If you have received any unsolicited spam or phishing emails that originated from this false impersonation eBay ID you may report them to:

Spamcop: http://www.spamcop.net
Internet Crime Complaint Center http://www.ic3.gov/
Arizona Attorney General: http://www.azag.gov/
US-Cert (Homeland Security): http://www.us-cert.gov/nav/report_phishing.html
Office of Fair Trading: scams@oft.gsi.gov.uk

If the emails you received came from an anonymous email address use spamcop.net (include the full headers) and it will be able to trace it back to the sender's computer so you can file an abuse report.  The individual is known to have sent the spams from both AOL and Cox Cable email addresses as well as through eBay's user mail system.

Hugs go out to two employees in eBay's Trust & Safety department and the office of eBay President Bill Cobb for resolving this issue. The individual who was impersonating our hosting company was banned from eBay on 24 July .
