Hi SLiique, didn't want you to think that you were losing your mind. I did just remove my previous post. I reopened my store (I know) so I can do a couple of things first. I refuse to allow LIeworld/ebay to chase me out. See the Search Manipulation thread for details.

Call them late at night to verify. 24/7 phone support at many places often means one person answering all phones for all departments: tech support, sales, etc.. ;D

No ValueWeb is owned by Affinity Internet (
www.affinity.com). Affinity also owns web host
www.Gate.com
One thing you should be aware of is that ValueWeb is a reseller for ProStores and their WebStore shopping cart offering is really rebranded ProStores software
