Re: THE LEGEND OF EBAY! A FRACTURED FAIRY TALE!!!
Just cant leave it alone, can you, XPP?
Yesterday you said you were going to drop it, forget the past, and let bygones be bygones. You are so obsessed that you're targeting and blaming the wrong people completely. Why can't you listen to someone when they say they had absolutely nothing to do with the demise of Sundance on the FAS board? How can you be so completely and utterly deaf? If anyone owes anyone an apology, YOU OWE IT TO VITAL!! You are publicly slandering someone who is innocent of your accusations! Vital had no more to do with her FAS demise than I did. Why are you continuing to be such a stupid jerk? |

Re: THE LEGEND OF EBAY! A FRACTURED FAIRY TALE!!!
You left out the one Voices member who was baiting and stalking Sundance on FAS.
Quote:The only thing Matt accomplished by banning Sundance was to kill off the traffic to his site. One year later FAS/ecommercearena's traffic ranking has fallen to 319,930 (from 30,000 when Matt made the mistake of banning Sundance)...meanwhile the traffic rankings of the two places that welcomed her, TT and PPSux, have risen to 60,000 and 33,000 respectively (and both sites traffic has beaten FAS/EA every month since last September). It doesn't look like the banning of Sundance had the desired effect of silencing criticism of eBay that some, including Matt, thought it would. That's right that "Voices" member who just recently suffered a terrible loss. Sorry again there Kat. Yes and silencing criticism with censorship by anybody usually has an opposite desired effect don't it? Be careful what you say over there at ebay vital or even on FREE services like My Tube. eBay is very powerful and ruthless. I've had a few FREE sites and forums taken down with just a phone call or an e mail by LieWorld and or ebay. If I understand it right an x ebay employee owns My Tube right? Old Bill the knob Cobb may just be able to pick up a phone or throw a G spot down and have your little campaign shut right down. Another reason I hate those shit heads. Oh and if you had nothing to do with it OK sorry. Fell better now star?
It was someone who should be left alone right now imho. She has a lot more going on now to be atacked by petty stuff like this, which keeps getting lower and lower to the point where it's really stinking. |

Quote:That's right that "Voices" member who just recently suffered a terrible loss. Saying you're sorry means you'll never do it again. At least it does to the average normal person. Why do I not believe you? As usual, you're speaking out of both sides of your mouth -- just like Meg and the lieworld aholes. Quote:...petty stuff like this, which keeps getting lower and lower to the point where it's really stinking. Anyone want to take any bets on when xpp will bring up this Sundance/FAS carp and demand apologies from the wind again and again and again, ad nauseum? > PS: Belle, WHY DON'T YOU BUTT OUT OF THINGS YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT !! |

Re: THE LEGEND OF EBAY! A FRACTURED FAIRY TALE!!!
You right it is the past and we need to move forward.
But if we forget history we tend to re live it. I just find it quite ironic that someone here is now babbling on about the same as others were before... that's all. Oh and Star honey. L@@K up at who started this thread. It wasn't me... so stuff a sock in it OK. How's that Phil Collins song go: Oh yea: Well, if you told me you were drowning I would not lend a hand Ive seen your face before my friend But I dont know if you know who I am Well, I was there and I saw what you did I saw it with my own two eyes So you can wipe off the grin, I know where youve been Its all been a pack of lies

Re: THE LEGEND OF EBAY! A FRACTURED FAIRY TALE!!!
Getting back to the whole point of this thread (which was started in December ): The 3 bits of advice below which every eBay seller would be wise to follow if they want their online business to survive and still be around in 5 years.
eBay's current glitches seemed like a good time to reintroduce the key points of this post THE LEGEND OF EBAY! A FRACTURED FAIRY TALE!!! Sundance Wrote:What amazes me is that the selling community feels such a Lack of Control and Power over what is happening to them, with High Fee's and Absolutely No Respect. As a Seller, You have the "POWER" and you don't even know it!and Sundance Wrote:Open Your Own Website or Made anther Auction Site Great! You've Got the Power! Now Use it!!!!and Sundance Wrote:It's your life, your business, and your future. Do your really want to place it into the hands of an Incompetent, Greedy, Monopoly like eBay?
"Well, Jay was so giddy that someone named Jay was involved with this site we posted our first non-eBay listing in 3 years here at Lunarbid (we tried two items at Yahoo once upon a time, they bombed)" -Marie posting in a LunarBid thread at OTWA in 2005 wins the award for 'most moronic reason ever given for choosing a venue"
"thanks twat u must have nothing better 2 do. do u talk to all your members like that. will not be recomending your site. best way to put it is TULIPTOOLS.COM IS REALLY SHIT. DONT JOIN." -pubescent owner of rinky dink off2auction.com in 2011 |

Well getting back to xpp man and Bell. You both are ... um ... "unique." There's a lot more I could say, but I'll just leave it at that.

Those points in blue are things to remember and to live by to survive online. Seems pretty straight forward to me. ;D
