Xpp man, I think that one of the things that maybe you're assuming (I guess) is that you and a few others own "exclusive rights" to criticize ebay.

Once again, Belle, you are totally and completely ignorant of the entire situation, yet you choose to believe that Vital and others did something horrible to Sundance.  Sundance self-destructed herself -- as she self-destructed herself on many other forums that she's been kicked off of.  Did xpp tell you that?  That is a figment of xpp's imagination and an outright boldfaced lie that Vital or others here contributed to her exit off FAS.  You have no business sticking your boinking nose into business you know nothing about, nor do you have any business publicly taking sides and believing one party over another.  You are one clueless human being.

Matt is 100% responsible for her being banned from FAS. We left FAS as a result of him banning her.  The reason he banned her was entirely due to the anti-eBay content of her messages and wasn't due to how she interacted with other members. She wasn't as confrontational with other members in her posts as some people like Tiki were who did nothing but flame other posters in his 50 or so posts (and then there was R*ss who was never banned)--if the reason for the ban had been because of her interactions with others Matt would have banned half the site for the same reason when the WP forum was there because there were many people who were far worse than Sundance (including us ).  She was banned simply for her message, not for her interactions with others.

Being banned from a forum doesn't necessarily mean she did anything wrong, just like her being banned from selling on eBay had nothing to do with her messing up or self-destructing as a seller.. In many cases people are banned from forums not because they broke any rules but simply because the administrator has a fragile ego due to being born with a tiny Richard--VisFarts comes to mind here.  :twistedevil:

She had an almost perfect track record as a seller on eBay and yet she was banned from selling on eBay--she definitely didn't self-destruct as a seller.  She was still providing great customer service and selling a lot right up until the day she was banned.  She didn't do a single thing wrong as a seller that warranted her being NARU'd.

I don't even know what to make of any of this, but here are some random attempts:

So Bell ... here's my woman to woman blunt comments:

When I first saw you on the stores board, I said, wow, people are really after her -- are we that much of a click here?  Then I noticed you hanging in there, and that was respectible.  The next "turn" I saw (and I'm playing psycho analyst here) is that you began to go a little overboard with trying to fit in, which included, among other things, picking on xpp man's "lieworld" term which is a word that had been used almost exclusively by xppman.

In the meantime, I had read some posts here, and then read how you re-stated them on the stores board, and messed up the information.  In the first mis-statement you made, I brought it up to you (as well as others) and ultimately you ate humble pie -- no biggie.  That sort of thing can happen to anyone.  The latest mistatement was your exaggerated number of listings that were moved off of ebay by one seller.  But somewhere between mistatement number one and mistatement number two, you also got a campaign going with respect to the fee hike, and I thought you were doing a great job at it.

So there's a back and forth thing I've had with you.  Anyone can make mistatements, be confused over things, etc, but there really are times when if you didn't attend the semester, you can't expect to be given a one-paragraph review of everything that happened.

So instead of keeping an open mind, realizing that you are clueless about past situations (because you weren't there) you've decided, for whatever reasons, to trust xppman at whatever it is that he comes up with.  You also came real close to embarrassing yourself just today with respect to the person you kept wanting us to identify.

You can think and believe anything you want, but if you decide to start throwing around accusations, then be prepared to be confronted.  I don't think there's any hope of my communicating with xppman since he has some sort of story in his head that he so desparately wants to keep believing, but I think that there hope for you if you would just chill out a little and stop riding on someone's coat-tails.  When you took the lead with the boycott, you did a great job, but I think that you're allowing others (especially xppman) to twist and turn you around with information from the past that just doesn't even matter anymore.  We were all mad at ebay then including Matt, and I can't speak for him as to what he chose to do.

So think for yourself girl!  If you open your eyes a bit wider, you might even see that xppman can, at times, be far worse than pc4.
