Ongoing disucssion at TRS:
Ethical Down for 22 Days, then Closed Forever http://www.therossshow.com/showthread.php?goto=newpost&t=4739 Ethical Avoids the Boot http://www.therossshow.com/showthread.php?t=4319&highlight=ethical+technologies Ethical Gets Slapped (older part of the soap opera) http://www.therossshow.com/showthread.php?t=38&highlight=ethical+technologies Open Season on PeSA (lots of soap opera stuff here) http://www.therossshow.com/showthread.php?t=2711&highlight=ethical+technologies More about how the ex-owner of Ethical seems to have a thing for kids who play runescape (scaarrry stuff) http://www.therossshow.com/showthread.php?t=2292&highlight=ethical+technologies There are reams of threads about this thing across about 8 boards. If anyone has the time, energy, or desire to read through hoards of soap opera-y, backstabby, and othwerwise amazingly "1999-get-rich-quick" dreams, you'll enjoy this drawn out soap opera. Sadly, some of the best threads of all went away when ET tore down the AuctionEthics message board system. Oh--that was the board which was "not affiliated with ET" but on which secret ET employees were salting the forums with praise for the company they had "nothing to do with." *cough* If anyone enjoys this wild tale of adultery, axes through doors, and other such stuff--let me know and I'll dig up more threads. Could make for some good guitly reading! LOL. My take on the whole thing? Fascinating to watch from a people-watching perspective, but not in any way surprising.

Oh--that was the board which was "not affiliated with ET" [/quote] Were the Auction Ethics people too stupid or too brainwashed to bother looking at the whois records for the auctionethics.com and ethicaltools.com domain names and noticing that the administrative contact was the same person for both sites? Yes and no. Some folks were savvy enough to notice. Others either did not know how to check, or did not believe it when they were told.
