Seller Arrested for Selling 150K Stolen Goods on eBay Qualifies for Ebay Express
eBay user mistydawn9 is still an active user with (stolen) items for sale in her eBay Store (including one auction with 10 bids and 2 days to go) despite being arrested for stealing $150,000 of merchandise and selling it on eBay.

*snicker* proof that buyers don't read feedback comments before bidding/buying. There are 10 bidders on her auction despite this comment in her feedback:
