Seller Arrested for Selling 150K Stolen Goods on eBay Qualifies for Ebay Express
eBay user mistydawn9 is still an active user with (stolen) items for sale in her eBay Store (including one auction with 10 bids and 2 days to go) despite being arrested for stealing $150,000 of merchandise and selling it on eBay.

Quote:Misty Hosier's eBay store Web site reads: "From computer and photography equipment to vintage hand crochet table liners! You name it! It's probably here, or could be. Just Ask!"

From gourmet dipping dish sets to anti-aging creams and expensive iPod stations and printers, Florida Department of Law Enforcement and Brevard County Sheriff's Office this week seized $30,000 worth of stolen goods they say the 30-year-old Hosier was in the process of auctioning online on eBay...

Donisi said officials estimate Hosier stole more than $150,000 in merchandise since January 2005, when she created her eBay account....

As of Thursday afternoon, Hosier's eBay store -- "Misty's Widely Diversified Shop"--listed 23 items for auction. Brevard Sheriff's Office Commander Mike Scully said although eBay was notified of the investigation, her account still was active.

*snicker* proof that buyers don't read feedback comments before bidding/buying.  There are 10 bidders on her auction despite this comment in her feedback:

Quote: Negative feedback rating This person was arrested for selling stolen merchandise and I lost my money.
