Looky here!  BuyItNow!!

http://www.wagglepop.com/bin/auction/catlisting?cmd=do_cat_listing&categoryID=2

I wish someone would explain to me what the heck he thinks he's doing !!
[/quote]

I already told you what I think.

Fair game seeing as ebay can use Mercs. BIN tech.

Why can't anyone now copy anything?

The Supremes set a president.

Maybe Ray is making a statement of sorts.  Dontknow

Even spellcheck wouldn't have helped you there, Xman. Anyway, someone should tell Ray to Stop, in the name of love.

Hmm.. that's pretty deep (both as a philosophical concept as well as a pile of horse manure).

He's such a cheerleader, it's hard to think he's not Ray.

precedent Sorry

I thinks its kind of funny and cool in a way.

To be honest I was disapointed that ebay seem to have all but won the Merc case.

I imagin that it would be pretty hard pressed for ebay to get an injunction.
Might take years.

But then again the deep pockets of feebay might be able to
get him shut down in no time.

Got to admit the guys got b@lls and maybe even a backer or two who knows. Lol

You can bet in some meeting room now some
folks at ebay are looking at thier legal options here.

Besides I always root for the underdog.
But I wont be some cheerleader for them or any acution site.
