RE: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
It appears that the poppers opening up another store are also the most loyal and vocal sellers on the boards. :
There is one seller who has 2 featured stores. Ka Ching!!! They have lost all common sense and reason. This collective blindness is so bad for several of the sellers that if Ray/WP suddenly vanished they would still defend him. Look at Amway as an example. There have been rumors for years it was a cult. Cults can develop without being based on a religious dogma. After all Amway is a so called business not a church. |

With the issues of large numbers of feedback buys between these small groups who seem to SO love waggleflop and have multiple stores, I would bet they are just plants (or Ray himself) to make it look good. |

RE: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
NEW THREAD AT WP:
"Is it just me or is it really quiet on here today. I have not had one hit today." Pooper Responses: "I don't know about everywhere else, but here in PA it's almost 70 degrees. I think the whole eastern US is having above normal temps. Me? I'm heading outside to do some last-minute fall projects !!! Maybe there's something to that?" "No Hits for the last 24 hours." "I just discovered why I am not selling easily. Why would I bother to sell something for 79 cents? I have wasted my time listing vhs tapes to find someone is selling 300 of them for 79 cents each. Guess I will pull them and put them somewhere else or give them to friends. Not worth leaving them here." "It could be because tomorrow is Vertern's Day. A lot of places are "observing" it today." "Thought.....we are business owners/people. Do we get paid holidays?? LOL " Appears most of the active threads are "support" posts for fat poppers with health issues. BTW: Can anyone out there tell me what VERTERN'S DAY is? Never heard of that one. |

[/quote] Cranky the one I am referring to with 2 stores isn't Ray. However the sportscards sellers, among a few others could for sure be Ray. Alskling any sign of SB posting? They aren't getting hits because nobody knows they exist. Not the weather, the vets, or mercury retrograde can be blamed for zero sales on WP. |

As far as I'm concerned, any store or seller with a name that no one recognizes as having been an Ebay seller or known to internet selling in any other way...is suspect, especially if they are cheering too loudly for Ray and, seemingly, spending money on mulitple stores.
And Scott is definitely suspect as a legitimate seller, as well. |

There were a ton of eBay defectors at the time, but they were easy to spot. As time went on, the store owners distilled down to sellers I'd never heard of on eBay and those that obviously had little or no on-line sales experience. The over-abundance of stores selling trading cards and magazines became suspect as soon as I heard that was Ray's speciality on eBay and that he still had (and still does, I believe) a store there. Due to the fact that several of the "card" stores on eBay had links to WP (in violation of eBay policy, but what would he care), I suspected he opened stores under several new eBay IDs to direct traffic over to WP stores which he either he owns directly or owns under friends/relatives/disciples' IDs. |
