RE: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Overhead: Actually, I went out with much civility. I kept my cool for the most part and I sanitized my last post to the point not a single kootie could have found a home. Nevertheless, it was pulled and my account terminated without warning or notice. Knowing I'd probably get axed, I took the time to put it on this thread so it wouldn't get lost to posterity.

I'm gratified you took the time to educate yourself and that you have the strength to stick up for yourself and the will to think for yourself. I couldn't care less if sellers want to be Poopers or not. I do care whether it's a free choice or one made out of threats of retaliation, intimidation through guilt, appeal to their emotions, or any other means that may undermine their rational beings. All I wanted to bring to the boards was a plea to get people to think for themselves and not be mislead into making dangerous mistakes that effect their livelihoods. The Divine Kingdom of Wag-L-poop is not a business. It is a cult. Does anybody but me find it analogous to the notion of the "second coming"? After all, it is WP2, and according to Ray, the first was martyred.

Oh, I just saw this from a cheeleading Popper:

I consider all the Wagglepoppers who are here for the long haul, visionaries! ANY goal you set for yourself requires hard work, long hours with no pay for a long period of time.

IT'S A CULT, DAMMIT! Try feeding your family on "vision". Do you people really think Ray can turn water into wine and feed the multitudes with one loaf of bread?

Thank you all for the warm welcome Signs001 Sorry that I didn't list all of you by name, but my eyes hurt from all the reading I've done today. Plus I've been up since 4:00 am!!

Alskling, yes you did go out with civility. I happened to be reading this thread when you posted what you were about to do, so I had both sites open so I could see it happen. I read your preview on this site, then went to wagglepop to read it when you posted it there. It sure didn't last long. I wonder if  RayKaren was waiting for it since it was pulled so fast.

Things sure got stirred up on the AdSmart thread. Glad to see that a few of them are finally getting wise to what is really going on there. I have a feeling a few more sellers will be riding off into the sunset  Transport012

I think I'm more annoyed with myself than anything for falling for it, lol. I guess we all live and learn. The whole AdSense fiasco just confirms that my gut feelings were right and that the information posted here was spot on. Alskling, your parallels to a cult scenario literally sent shivers up my spine when I started reading a couple weeks ago. I tend to be shy, quiet and not speak my mind... just observe and absorb, lol. I'm glad you spoke out - I think you really have something there. Sad, very sad.

RE: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
eclectica, I was a quiet one on the boards at wagglepop until today. I would occasionally post on the breakfast thread and a few other threads, just to say hi. I was going to open a store shortly after I joined, but life got in the way!! Then I began having a funny feeling about the site, so I started digging around and heard this was the second go round for wagglepop. I dug even deeper and was shocked at everything I read about Ray and what he did the first time. Then the store numbers began to drop, and that was before they started deleting posts, suspending people, and pulling the plug on non-payers. Slowly people are starting to see wagglepop for what it it....a way for Ray to make money. If the sellers make money, fine. If not, he doesn't care. He's still getting his money. Today was the first time I asked anything or just stated facts, and they came after me. I'm so glad I didn't waste my money there. That is not the environment I want to sell my handmade items in.

My mom always said I was nosy, and right about now I can say I sure am glad in this case I was  Happy001

Wonder if he needs money for Christmas Shopping Smileylol

Um I think those might be hallucinations you are experiencing that you can be successful on WP.

Thank You Jessie. A friend told me about that site. I had it bookmarked so I could check it out when I had more time, but I deleted it by accident and couldn't remember the name.

Smileywelcome  :turkey4

Hi all you newcomers!!!  I recognize a few names and I am glad to see you left the big wag-n flog as well.  I had a store from July to the end of September and thanks to a couple of other sellers found this place and flushed my koolaid.

Lots to read and tons of great information.  Also, a fantastic group of people with great senses of humor!!

Saggy
Good bye all
Enjoy your freedom
Use it well
