Ok, I have about had it with Karen/Ray... Bs

My payment to WP had not been claimed and I received an email from paypal that suggested I cancel payment so I did.  Then I get this message:

We have a very serious issue to discuss.

You've cancelled the payment required to close your account.

Would you like to explain, or should I just add on the late fees and penalties, and send it to collection?

Karen - WP Customer Care

My reply:

I received an email from Paypal stating the payment had not been claimed and it was suggested I cancel the payment.

First tell my why the payment had not been claimed in four days then I will reissue payment to you.

Don't threaten me, I paid my fees and you did not follow through.  I am a very honest person and do not appreciate your threats.

I thought I was done with that jerk!!!!

Good bye all

NOW I am really mad!!!

This is the reply:
PayPal payments are processed on specific dates of the month, as staffing allows.

I'm simply going to send this for collection.

I don't think you got out of there soon enough.  Sad

WTH kind of business are they running if they don't even know how to claim a payment? "As staffing allows" sounds like it consists of Ray, period.

And why do they have their PayPal set to have to manually accept payments? When an automatic setting and printing a history would allow all payments immediately and still do the bookkeeping.  ^-^

Because they haven't registered the account yet!!!!  I sent the damned payment again and asked that they claim it this time! Boinktard

I got this message:

We'd certainly accept the closing payment to settle your account, as all members do who close accounts.

I'd be happy to cancel the collection notification upon receipt.

Please email me the PP Transaction ID number once completed.
