I had 20 legit sales in Feb totalling about $340. Overall I have just over 900 listings . ALL of my sales were to non-WP people. They somehow got through the registration process, and were able to buy. People must like my stuff, and it's enough of a niche to show up in web searches all by itself. Thank God for that, because we all know the sum total of the WP ad campaign !! BTW, I'll be joining the c&p race soon...... very soon !!
Thank you I want 1 2 and yes you do have a great niche market and would assume your products would do well on any site (short supply with high demand is a wonderfull thing to have). One more thing about what you sell on WP. Because of what you sell I would put you at the upper end of the WP sales spectrum. Yes there are some sellers that have more sales then you on WP but the vast majority have far less sales then you do. Congrats on your sales!!! New totals: 6 sellers = 49 sales
Truth: I have another idea. Another thing we should try to keep track of is if we know or hear of someone closing their store, because I guarantee you when a number of these stores do close Ray will not let that store count drop too low. This is a copy of a email I just received, thought I would share it: Quote:I feel the same as you I will be closing as soon as I finish copying my listings over to another site then I want to end all my listings before I close on WP I don't want to close with any listings still there. I think more stores will be closing soon.
Great idea scampy7 but I think you should handle that if you are up to it. I would suggest anyone who knows of a store that will be closing please PM scampy7 with the info so we won't double the amount of stores from having the same info from 3 different people. As long as you are willing to do it scampy7 ? let the truth be told u1it4less - "it's all in the name.." X-POP NATION, A real seller's network |

I think Ray is getting his numbers mixed up.
9037 sounds more like the number of listings/items that were pulled from the site in February. That's how he gets his monthly total sales!! He looks at the total number of listings on the first and again on the last day of the month. He subtracts the difference and declares them sales.
Never argue with an idiot they drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.

Just curious scampy, scoop, brat, myob and anyone else who currently is in the process of leaving WP could you guys give us an honest report of what your total real sales were on WP for Febuary? Please omit the sales that were not paid from scammers. let the truth be told u1it4less - "it's all in the name.." X-POP NATION, A real seller's network
ZERO.......Last WP sale middle of December. Obviously I sell crap that no one wants and have not worked hard enough to spam my way to wp heaven. I'm leaving as soon as I can copy and paste my way outta there. Ill
Thank you Ill, That's 1 store out of 328 with 0 sales now I am sure that # will rise so let's here the truth posters. My guess is the actual sales for WP for the month of Febuary is less then 1000 real sales. Don't be shy any and everyone who wishes to report your WP sales let's here them. let the truth be told u1it4less - "it's all in the name.." X-POP NATION, A real seller's network
None in feb. my last sale on WP was Jan 12th! |

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Just from what all of you have shared, and including the email scampy got I can guarantee that there are many stores C&P as we speak and will soon be exiting the WP nightmare.
Ray did you really think that lying and BS would keep these people one month longer? You treat these store owners as if they are clueless. They are on to you, so delete away because the end is near. :nbiteme: |

It does sound more like the number of listings pulled rather than the number of items sold. |

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
I will throw my numbers into the ring.
February WP sales = 20 items for a total dollar amount of $391.95 The WP sellers who sell many items every month do not give a hoot about this thread. Most of the numbers that you have so far are from the complainers and quitters rather than the sellers who are selling a lot and building for the future. FYI |

Quote:February WP sales = 20 items for a total dollar amount of $391.95 February website orders (not items) 2,247 for a total dollar amount of NOYFB Quote:Most of the numbers that you have so far are from the complainers and quitters That description fits me perfectly. I'm a complainer and a quitter ;D I complained until eBaY banned me from their boards in 2001. I quit selling on eBaY in January 2006 |
