lease change the DNSes of your domain to the following and allow 24-48 hours for the DNS update. I'm not sure where to do this. Do I somehow do it on the WHOis? site? Many thanks, Bric

Open your tuliphosting, and go to Custom DNS Records
Change the 2 MX ones that are your actual domain name, not the shortcut ones.

Hi Bric, No need to change anything but the ns part (ns1.tuliphosting.com & ns2). Do not change anything in the .biz addresses either.
I just did this a couple of days ago, so it's still fresh in my mind. (amazing)

OK, you would change the DNS (name servers) at the place you registered the domain (not in the TH control panel). Login to your control panel at Netfirms and you'll see a section where you can change the name servers. (to ns1.tuliphosting.com, ns2.tuliphosting.com)

EDIT: The instructions for changing name servers for domains registered through NetFirms.

A. unlock the domain (see http://support.netfirms.com/article.php?id=44 )
B. then:

4. Click DNS Admin
