I find it amusing that an organization whose member's business (for the most part) is to undercut EVERYBODY is having such woeful drama...

They incorporated under their new name E-commerce Merchants Alliance in 2005 but their corporate status before that is a mystery to me.  There's nothing listed under PeSA, Professional eBay Sellers Alliance, or their first name  The eBay Elite.   It's possible they were incorporated under a different name...
