...and as of today add media seller kmak333 to that list.

(PeSA board member Brandon (Sell2All) is bankrupt and out of business but not NARU which is why they're not in the above list)

kmak333's eBay about me page says:

I think the media category is going to be turned on its head in the next 6 months. So far this year, here is the head count of NARU'd sellers: glacierbaydvd, patan01 (LaserCorner), David Bittle, and now Kmak333 (Kent's Source for CD's) Many smaller sellers are NARU as well and many more are currently on the edge. I believe eBay has decided to clean house.

I don't see how anyone can still turn a profit selling media items on eBay--especially after the latest fee hike. Not naming names but I'm surprised the #5 seller on the eBay feedback charts is still afloat (although they probably wouldn't be if eBay hadn't cut fees on the under 0.99 tier 2 years running). Their ASPs are less than half our website/Amazon/Gemm ASPs and when you add in the higher fees they're paying on eBay I'd be surprised if they're still turning a profit.

I agree. And Ebay is using every method at their disposal to clean house. I was pretty much told on the SB that I was either a liar or doing something wrong but, as a bookseller, I was one who was made virtually "invisible" by the PTB. So they are going after the little guy as well as the big guys in Media.
