BBH - Yeah I kind of thought that was the case with Wagglepop it was just one name that popped into my head. I used to sell on Overstock. I think I will call Eilleen or JT. I hope they are still there. I wasn't aware they were opening a stores type platform.
Thanks Cranky for your input as well. Thanks! Randy |

Does anyone know if Overstock works for vintage or collectibles? Or any other site that does (other than gemm for records...and thanks for that recommendation).

Do you mind selling to Europe? www.Delcampe.net has a large postcards section . The site's buyers are primarily European. 6.6 million current listings. The site's stats show 217,000 sales in September, 38,000 so far in October. They're based in Belgium but the site is English language. |

eBay at its FINEST. Maroons!!
I did buy an item, so the person will have proof (if needed) that eBay allowed sales. |

myfavorites, I've never tried to sell records on Overstock--but when O first opened up, I was able to sell collectibles fairly well. Now, it's mostly new stuff that gets bought, but don't be discouraged. I don't know the music area, anyway. Try it anyway. Subscribe to the cheapest bulk listing plan and keep a variety of things up there.

Does anyone know if Overstock works for vintage or collectibles? Or any other site that does (other than gemm for records...and thanks for that recommendation). [/quote] The postcards category only has 141 listings. It's hard to say whether there's a market for collectibles since few are ever listed. The collectibles categories only account for 12K of O's 330K listings. O has been making more of an effort to promote collectibles on its front page recently - they've had a couple of banners promoting collectibles this week, but the best sellers on O are still new, new, new. |

delcampe is the site I was trying to remember. Thank you!
Maybe O is cutting into Ebays sales and that is why they are trying to push the new now. I will give O a shot on the subscription plan and put some others on Yahoo. I should have my site open by early next week and can list items from it on googlebase. Crossing fingers and hoping for better luck than on Ebay! I'm off to get to work now and thank you alllllll for the input, suggestions and help! |

Another large seller NARU. Feedback 50,691, excellent 99.7% fb percentage. They were NARU'd about the same time as kmak. They sell ink cartridges and I know HP and a few other manufacturers have been launching an assault on Internet ink sellers...so, possibly another VERO?
