Quote: Yesterday BBH received a PM from one such loser piece of wombat poo poo boinktard who promised "to make things ugly" for BBH because the hypocritical boinktard (who also owns a forum and is known for chastising OAI forums and sites that censor their users) was upset over some recent posts made by two TT members on a topic that BBH wasn't even participating in. Damn. I am so slow sometimes. : Really, Truth, from your rabid postings in the Wagglepop thread, I would not have thought that you would wish to censor other forum posters. If I recall correctly, Ray Romeo certainly didn't appreciate your posts. Nor did many of the poppers that you attacked. So tell me, did we say anything that wasn't true? Or, alternatively, an opinion? I have more to say, actually.......I feel the urge to create a new thread.......or a new blog post. After all, if Entrecard grew wiser after a similar debate, perhaps you will too? I really hate censorship. EDIT: Mandy, if I have called out the wrong whiner here, do let me know, and I will make a public apology. Thanks. tolensmiley: EDIT 2: I am so fortunate in that I have come to know one hell of a lot of bloggers who also hate censorship. The blogosphere rocks. |

Quote:IMA fight boils down to a bunch of boinktards on both sides of the fence had their egos bruised by posts on a forum. The IMA fight belongs in Kindergarden not on any business site. :ditto: Quote:What really amazes me is how many threats of lawsuits are floating about on the net. The "I was libeled by Steve/IMA" eBay U/eBay designer posted yesterday that she has sent 3 C&D's already (didn't this just start last week? :blinkie: )...and then on the other side you have IMA and their lawyers. : I was amused by this comment left on the "libeled" eBay U/eBay designer's blog: Quote:The IMA President has a history of defaming others. The example given: a post in which IMA's president supposedly "libeled" "Posterboy" by calling him a bad seller (the Posterboy of 3100+ mutual feedback comments fame, the seller who has a petition signed by 385 of his buyers asking that he be banned from eBay, the seller with 4800 negative feedbacks and a lifetime sub-97% feedback percentage). Naturally the eBay designer/eBay U boinktard jumped in to defend Posterboy on the IMA thread. |

Quote:Naturally the eBay designer/eBay U boinktard jumped in to defend Posterboy on the IMA thread I can only imagine the eBay U. classes anyone who defends him would teach. eBay U Best Practices for Sellers course outline 1. An introduction to Shipping Gouging 2. Leaving Retaliatory Negatives for Beginners 3. Using Mutual Withdrawals to Your Advantage: increase your feedback percentage by using retaliatory negatives and feedback extortion to get those pesky negatives removed 4. Strategies to Reduce Your Shipping Costs: using flimsy packaging and "the post office lost/damaged the package" excuses to your advantage

Amy Wrote:I was amused by this comment left on the "libeled" eBay U/eBay designer's blog: Have we come across any of those---the ebay U/eBay designer types who aren't complete and tacky skanks? I know that the majority of those (at least that I was familiar with) calling themselves "designers" on ebay couldn't design their way (aesthetically speaking) out of a freakin' paper bag. It's pretty easy to say that you are a designer, another thing altogether to understand what good design is. Maybe I'll publish an ebook on "How to Find Good Taste if You Have None". Nope, that won't work....they'd actually have to understand design principles, and God knows, that simply wouldn't be easy enough for them to make a quick buck . Boinktards. |
