I'm just so glad I got away from that rancid site. Seeing the same garbage going on 2 years before I even joined. Then they all acted like a loving community until BZ was breaking them apart and blah blah blah. What a bunch of BS.
I'm just amazed by it all. Then, I got people emailing me about TSL and all of the history there. That Bays got kicked off of eBay for vero violations and yet she has a selling forum even advertising her infringing store.

Anyone can not put a domain up for sale at SEDO. SEDO has ownership verification safeguards in place that ensure only the domain owner can put a domain up for sale.
In order for someone other than HiBidder's owner to have created the SEDO listing they would have needed to first steal his credit card. The billing address, name, and telephone on the stolen credit card would also need to match the administrative contact info shown on the WHOIS record. After stealing his credit card they would have had to hijack the email account listed as the administrative contact on the WHOIS record. There are a few other hurdles in place they would have had to pass as well.
