9 times out of 10, when a company's corporate status is changed to "dissolved", it indicates a site upgrade is in progress.
HiBidder's parent ,Wholesale Autos of Idaho LLC, was formally dissolved on August 27th. Anyone who joined Elgato on the 30th in waiting for the "upgrade" to be completed is in for a very long wait.

According to the decree, Wholesale Autos and 2 of the LLC's members sued HiBidder's owner Rich Esbensen, Stephanie Esbensen, and his other company Revv-It-Up LLC, and the court in its decision found that
"the acts of Richard Esbensen, the manager or member in control of Wholesale Autos of Idaho LLC, are illegal, oppressive or fraudulent,...."

The Pheebay admin posted that on the same day the Idaho courts rendered their decision.
edited to add: based on the dozen or so cases in which the Esbensen's were named as defendants "the in clique" had nothing to do with either his or HiBidder's downfall --it was entirely of his own doing.
