Edit: I almost forgot.  We all know that daddy Ray used to own porn auction site Auctionpimp where dirty panties and escort services were up for bids.  Check out Ricky's Bonanzle profile...

Why would Ray tell his "son" that this site sells a pirated and modded copy of PHPProbid, and he would have nothing to do with their software just like every other "pirate" he deals with?

what.. What... WHAT!?!?
So, Ray's son is buying a script from the same guy that Ray conjured then claimed as his script thief?

You'll need to paste the link. I won't help Ray to gain pagerank for his "sheep mod" hacks and illegal file sharing software sales.

Maybe, maybe not.  It depends on who changed the name servers and IP address overnight.  I almost think discountclones had access to the domain and changed the DNS because telebidauctionscriptdemo.com is on the same IP as Swoopbug now.  Some of Nash's sites also use the new ysphost.com nameservers.
sneakymagenta Wrote:In the update, this moron with a capital M also accuses Swoopo of being behind the clone scripts.  According to Ricky boy it's their way of making sure the competition fails.  What an absolute F'ing MORON this guy is...he registers a domain that infringes on Swoopo's trademark, uses a script that infringes their patent, and then accuses them of being the bad guys

You'll have to forgive Ricky.  The concept of IP rights is a little over the head of someone whose IQ is lower than the average amoeba's.

The same guy that Ray used to work for.

The unsecure new registration page on Swoopbug asks for date of birth, and the security question is a choice of mother's maiden name, last 4 digits of social security number, or last 4 digits of driver's license.  Even if the site had an SSL would you feel safe giving that information to Ray or Richard?

FYI I had to click on 11 sites using ProtoPenny before I found one with any listings.

Showbidz is back up and Honolulu air traffic controller turned MLM site owner Scott Christenson posted a new announcement on the site once again promising part-ownership in a non-existent company PLUS medical and dental insurance, and a retirement plan.

Quote: Since ebay's gradual decline and loss of members, alot of new alternative auction sites have opened, but ShowBidz.com stands out from the crowd, by offering something new that not even ebay offers its members. A retirement plan with medical & dental insurance at the lowest available rates thru its Affiliate Program.....

Scott wanted a way to profit share with his members "since they are the experts and what makes an auction successful", so he is offering them these basic things we all want out of our jobs, a secure retirement plan that you can bank on, and medical & dental insurance for our families....

If you send your friends ShowBidz email invitation with a special link in it, and they register as your referral, you will earn money on a continous basis from the selling fees they pay to the auction. On top of this, if your referrals recruit other members, you will get an equal split of all the selling fees they pay to the auction.

    *   If you recruit 10 referrals, and each of them recruits another 10 referrals, that is 110 referrals that you will be earning sales commissions from, on an on-going basis, and there is no limit to how many referrals you can recruit.
    *      This pay system allows members to profit share and have part ownership in your own Co-op auction, but without all the headaches.
    * Members can not only build a steady income flow, but retirement income that will grow with you, as you get older.
    * Since alot of online auction sellers are self employed and work out of their homes, this pay system will give them the tool they need, to afford medical & dental insurance thru ShowBidz lowest available rates insurance program.

Quote: Benefits for our members:

    * Co-op where you are a Part Owner of your own auction business, without all the expenses & headaches.
    * Earn Sales Commissions & build on-going residual income.
    * Retirement Income that will grow with you, as you get older.
    *Medical & Dental insurance
    * Be your own boss, set your own hours & work at home.

The "lowest available rates insurance program" this trademark infringing POS is offering is nothing more than a Commission Junction eHealthInsurance Services Inc affiliate banner on his site that leads to a compare rates form at ehealthinsurance.com.

Here's a few links for anyone who joins Showbidz and doesn't receive part-ownership (because there is no company to be a part owner of), and doesn't receive medical/dental insurance and a retirement plan directly from Showbidz as promised in the Showbidz affiliate marketing materials and press releases:

Hi guys,  I am Josh from Discountclones.

I will start off by saying we dont sell stolen scripts as these three idiots stated. I thought I would post to clear somethings up about "Ray" and "Scott" and of course "Richard".

Richard and Ray have some kind of chemical imbalance in their brains. I've never dealt with anyone like these guys before.

This whole fiasco began with these guys buying a perfectly good working swoopo clone from another site (Swoopo Silver). This script was running on Swoopro.com (which THE DOMAIN IS A VIOLATION OF SWOOPOS TRADEMARK NAME). Richard couldn't edit a simple configuration file setting to add a Paypal address and had him screaming at everyone that the script did not work.

He came to our site about two weeks ago and we went in and edited the setting for him. As soon as the site was up and running he went to his credit card company and charged it back and decided to keep the working functioning site.

Not knowing the above, he came to our site and purchased our telebid clone. Our script is an ethical script and does not offer admin autobidders or any other scam functions. Once we installed the script on Rich's poorly configured server we realized the script wouldn't run correctly due to Ray's poor setup job.

Then the threats started.

Richard began telling he was charging back his purchase.  Wanting to do everything I could to help this guy I paid for a server out of my own pocket and moved the site. For over a week the site ran fine because I did not give him access to the server.

Following some more threatening emails I gave him and Ray access to the server. Within hours it was overloaded and had numerous rootkits installed. I monitored all the traffic going to and from the server during this time and watched Ray login to the server and intentionally mess up the server.

It appeared to me that these guys only wanted to get the script. After which they would just charge back the purchase. One they're biggest problems with our script was that it didnt automatically shill bid for them. We explained that our script was ethical and did not allow this type of bidding fraud. This angered him.

Sure enough the threats started again. They then moved the site again, this time back to Rays server where it ran fine again.

Once they thought they were in the clear they decided to charge back the purchase. At the time of the email below the site was up and running fine.

After dealing with these guys for over two weeks daily, hopping from one foot to the next to please them I have to agree with everything I see here on this forum about them.

I regret ever doing business with these clowns as it was a massive waste of time and judging by all the slanderous posts I see posted about us I can see it will not help business either.

A few days ago after we got the chargeback notification I went to www.swoopro.com and www.swoopbug.com and could still see they were running our scripts.

Another email from Richard

Quote:I can see you decided to make this ugly and a war, how many customers are you willing to lose just to save 400 bucks, there is nothing you can do to hurt me not a thing. but you on the other hand can stand to lose a lot, tulip tools doesn't care about truth they like to make things up , rippoff reports, complaints board, your advertisers and affiliates are all going to be contacted. woth the 400.bucks and i am getting that back anyway when i go to the bank your a fool you should never have started in calling me a theif agai. dumb and dumber, after I charge back your script I think I will keep it and use it. Ray has blocked your licensing so have fun shutting us down hahahahahaha

Our scripts use remote licensing technology whereby we can shut down a site license if Fraud/Charge back is later detected from an order. What they didn't know is our technology cannot be blocked and it was trivial to turn off the site script.

We explained to him that buying a script online, having us install it, do a bunch of modifications, rent him a server, install it again only to have him move it on us and attempt to keep the script after a charge back was FRAUD.

Now we have a big mess to clean up, but I quickly discovered that Ripoff Report doesnt allow any posts to be removed ever. So he can slander falsely at will.

If you are a software vendor and you read this avoid Ray from Binary Web's (poor hacker), Scott and (Mentally Ill) Richard Austin.

Couple of things also. I don't think Ray is Richards son (although they're both retards with short tempers).  I think these two met through Scott who had big powersellersunite plans to take over Ebay.

They bought Probid and tried to load 4 million auctions up on it (which no PHP software can handle) then turn around and complain about it.

Scott, Ray and Richard your all fucking douchebag's and I wish you nothing but failure and bad luck.

The best thing to do in the case of fraudulent chargebacks is file a police report with the buyer's local police.  Depending on the police department you may or may not have success.

They don't allow posts to be removed because they have their own little money making game...click in the corporate advocacy link on their site.  The "verified safe" seal that some companies sport on their site many times means the exact opposite.  See this Wikipedia article for more info and links.

The best thing for you, or any business to do when a complaint is filed on a complaint site which you believe is false or inaccurate is to respond calmly and tell your side of the story - do not respond angrily or resort to name calling.  In your case, just reply with the same facts you stated here. On the other hand, if a valid complaint (e.g customer complains that wrong item was shipped and the merchant refused to honor their return policy, etc)  is filed a business should respond publicly and attempt to remedy the situation (i.e., in the example of the wrong item was shipped, the company should agree to honor their return policy and offer a refund or replacement, etc).

I think 2 possible reasons why they chose Ray's arch enemy to be their next VICTIM software supplier were just answered: access to Nash's code and server . Swoopbug is now hosted on a site with 17 other sites that use Nash software -some are his demo sites, others like swoopbug are customer sites.

File a police report with the Palm Bay PD and since it was a business that scammed you file a report with the Florida AG.  The reports are only so there's a record on file of the fraud.  The police won't be able to recover the money because it was software and services not physical goods.

To recover your money you have 2 options: turn the sh.ithead over to a collection agency or file a civil suit.

I offer my full time employees medical and dental.  When you apply for group insurance you need to make it available to all  your employees who work the minimum number of hours that your state's insurance department requires.  You can't selectively offer it to only certain employees. When your organization applies for group insurance most insurance carriers require that you furnish them with your company's articles of incorporation as well as quarterly payroll or tax records listing your employees and the number of hours they worked.  If an owner or part-owner of the company receives a share of the profits rather than an actual salary the carrier will require that you furnish them with a copy of the owner/part-owner's most recent federal tax return. If you plan to offer insurance to independent contractors many carriers will require that you prove that the contractors work the minimum number of hours stipulated by your state's insurance department and/or that the contractors work only for you.  Some carriers will also require that each employee or independent contractor to be covered completes an employee health questionaire. To qualify for group insurance, you also need to meet the minimum percentage participation rates that are set by your state's insurance departmen. In California, 75% of employees must be participants.  If your organization's employee participation rate falls below the minimum the carrier will probably drop your company's policy.  Most carriers also require that you recertify your organization's eligibility by resubmitting this paperwork every year when your policy is up for renewal

Insurance plans and retirement plans are heavily regulated in all states and every state has stiff penalties for companies who violate the rules by not delivering what they promised.
