Before registering a domain name the first thing you should always do is check the USPTO database. [/quote]

I haven't decided on a new domain name yet, but will keep everyone updated.
I'm not sure why this other company let showbidz.com expire, but apparently they didn't want it, and it was available. I got some bad advice and should have checked it out better.
Also I have ended my association with SwoopBug.com and that sites owner, since we disagreed on several things, and how I should run ShowBidz.
I still plan to promote my Affiliate Program and to profit share with the members, once we get a new domain name.

It couldn't have been those libelous hate filled propagandists at Tuliptools that tipped him.

So, you don't agree with fraudulent chargebacks and shill bidding? At least you have a bit of integrity.
Now just get off the PHPProBid hack's server and you can complete the circle.

Isn't it hard to pay those affiliates when all your 350k Doba listings closed?

I can think of
27.1 million reasons why getting a new domain name for your PHP Pro Bid clone site is a waste of time and money.

Quote:Showbidz.com Scott Christianson shows his true colors and Swoopbug.com backs out of merger amidst the publics allegations of Pyramid schemes regarding Showbidz operations
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
PR Log (Press Release) Dec 04, 2009 A short time ago we made and announcement to the public about Swoopbug.com and Showbidz.com's intention to merge together as one Mega Auction site, however as the time got closer to solidifying the merger, certain issues came into focus. Most important of those issues were Scott Christiansons continued promotion of a so called profit sharing auction plan where he promises his plan will enable members who participate in this so called scheme to retires comfortable with medical and health insurance. further investigation showed no such ability exists and it is just a glorified pyramid scheme concocted by Scott Christianson to get people to join his auction site.
Scott tells people he has over 300 thousand running auctions and a multitude of members, truth be told all the stores are set up by Scott or close associates and there are no real auctions being held, a sale has not been documented on this site and the only one found was made by Scott himself
Scott himself makes promises to people to do work and does not pay, claims he has no money, the rest of his contacts are all being asked to be partners in a fabricated corporation in lieu of payment for services.
we will need to keep an eye out on this so call business man and retired military sergeant. he has several other web sites he claims are viable enterprise but are in the same condition as Showbidz.com which I might add is a trademarked name from another company, and now allgeations of trademark infringemt also come to light showbidz.com formerly known as profitsharingauctions.com has some interesting questions to answer about it's business practices

Quote:When we returned to our home we decided to do a little checking on Master sargent Scott Christianson and sure as rains it turned out to be a duck, seems Master sargent Scott, used a trademarket name to promotes is new site the old one being profitsharingauction.com, further investigation showes scott has no corporation by which he is able to offer and revenue or stock sharing, as far as profit sharing, his own accounts show 1 sale in 6 years for about 7 or 8 dollars, most of the members listed on his site have his e-mail return address and the rest are just people who joined long ago and forget they even were there for a visit.

Tenderosity is the name of the latest PSU poster and Tenderosity.com is the name of the demo site for the Nash ProtoPenny script which is used by Swoopbug. What a coincidence.
Another coincidence can be found if you look at the similarity between the construction of the user names on that demo site and the user names on...
