They can be held in contempt if they don't me thinks.
They will get around to it but like most big companies.
They will stall as long as they can. Of course in an instance like this,
it does not seem it is in their "best interest" to stall.
Just makes them look culpable.

They have 30 days to respond to the subpoena.  Seems they plan to use them all.    I'll call my investigator on Monday to follow up again, though!

Apparently Meg and Co. have been much too busy with recent enhancements to do something trivial like respond to a subpoena. 

Still no response.  They apparently DO plan to make use of each and every one of the 30 days they're given.
