It can actually just cost $10 a year if the domain is through GoDaddy, then add your basic SSL for $25/year (Most seller websites don't take credit card numbers on-site, so that's all that is necessary.) Go Daddy gives free economy hosting, including PHP4/5, 10 SQL databases, email, all the standard features. 10 gigs storage and 300gig bandwidth. With Go Daddy revamping their hosting in the last year, it is not a bad deal... especially since it is free. That is, if you like Go Daddy.
