S Ray's listing padding account is having some problems. 2 buyers now had problems with the shipping costs being higher than he originally said, yet Mo's skillet hasn't been wielded yet? Oh, that's right, you can't smack the boss.

Rinky Dink rule #1
When using Wagglepop-like phantom listing padding accounts, you must always run it like it is real as not to draw too much attention.
Rinky Dink rule #2
When using AQ-like listing padding accounts, you must always be sure to delete it from the site that you used to own before using it on the site you now own.

Tend to one, they don't even have the books they list. That would be my bet. Maybe she should add some comment in the item detail that it's not a "for real" listing and is just to pad the numbers.
Well, the more negs bookz gets the less likely others will make purchases, so maybe she should leave them. Wow, that ASS site is full of sht.....LOL Yes, I know I will regret that one day

I really hope that is a phantom listing account and that there isn't actually a real bookseller who would be dumb enough to list at ASs and AQ while ignoring Amazon, Alibris, Abe, Biblio, A1Books, Half, Buy, etc. Media is one of the few categories where very viable off-eBay alternative venues have existed for years that a seller can use to completely replace, or even surpass, their eBay income.

Plunderhere hit sellers with a surprise fee hike.
http://www.plunderhere.com/forums/showth...hp?t=14952
The new fee structure:
The average sales price on the site is well under $4 so the average sale will result in the seller paying a higher FVF % than they would at eBay or Amazon
Fees on the sale of gently soiled children's clothing using the eBay figures Nisan quoted:
$1 sale: eBay $0.15-$0.22 PH $0.50
$2 sale: eBay $0.27-$0.34 PH $0.50
$3 sale: eBay $0.39-$0.46 PH $0.50
The site claims to have announced the fee hike on June 29th

Some notes about phone verification and the $5 fee.
1) If you are already verified you do not owe any fees.
2) We have no listings fees or closing fees for items under $2000 until august.
3) Our goal is to provide a safe community to trade in
4) We value you as a customer and hope to make your time here enjoyable!
5) This is our site, meaning the we, the users of the site make it what it is.
6) if your situation calls for a free phone verification please email us and let us know.
That is exactly what is showing up on the announcements for that specific day. And, oh yes it is. I copied it directly from the date you said. And, no I did not miss it because it is not there.

Imagine the reaction if Ebay announced a fee hike that way.

A small sampling of sites whose feeds are marked return to sender by the guards at the Googleplex gates: onlineauction.com, yourhighbid.com, usiff.com, wigix.com, epier.com, blujay.com (only 1,450 googleplexed out of 575,000 items), hibidder.com, ubidright.com, milbid.com, naughtybids.com :blinkie: , auctions8.com, webstore.com webidz.com (only 219 listed out of 172,000), overnightauctions.com, wensy.com
I see a lot of PHP Pro Bid sites using buggy fisherman mods on that list. His current scam ASs is one of the few Pro Bid sites on Google Product Search. Did boobytrapped fisherman mods play a part in the other sites not being indexed?
Venues you won't read much about on >>>insert name of any OAI forum full of rinky dink cheerleaders here<<< that are represented well on Googleplex Products: NewEggMall 627,000 items, GoDaddy Marketplace 43,000, Stootsi 150,000, Buy 2,500,000, Alibris 5,200,000, GEMM 306,000, Bidtopia 2,700 AUCTION (not fixed price) items

Alsoshop has 21,000 items on Base and probably 15,000 violations of the Base TOS for falsely stating the condition of "gently used" and "used: good" items as "new" in their feed.

Maybe someone should clue the fucktards in that using a registered trademark owned by one of your competitors (Etsy) to sell products, which is what they're doing by using the word 'Etsy' as a category, is going to result in Etsy hitting them and the boinktard mod maker with trademark infringement lawsuits...and guess what idiots, fake LLCs do not offer any protection from liability in a real court room.
The trademark on the word Etsy covers online auction services and practically every other aspect of ecommerce from use on sites with 3rd party sellers to use on sites offering feedback systems..
Etsy also has 2 other registered trademarks on the word 'Etsy" - all of them apply to ecommerce sites like PH and ASs.
I'm breaking out the popcorn to watch the fucktards squeal when the C&Ds arrive.
