eBay shows the ID Postcards4Sale! is available.  So, I went through the registration process and was told my account has been suspended.  ???

Posterboy now offers FREE shipping?  Isn't that a 180?
Maybe someone from eBay actually did have a chat with him about the fee avoidance issue?

Complete 180.  He raised all his starting bids from $0.01-$0.99 to $9.99 when he lowered the shipping from $8.95.  He wouldn't voluntarily double his eBay fees so they must have talked to him.  I think they talked to him about the mutual withdrawals too. 

I wonder if eforcity and everydaysource will be next to raise prices.
