3 days since I did my website host transfer to TulipHosting. Stupid old Blazenet host is still hanging on to it. Man, I wish they'd let it go, so I could install the Zen Cart and get to C&P'ing my way out of WP !!
It's a nice rainy day here, so it sure could kill some time !
and from our old friend...

xxxxxx, I am so sorry that you had to read those posts. I am very familiar with the posts that you're referring to as I have personally been a target for similar posts for at least the last 5 months that I'm aware of. The posts can be hurtful, but we have to have pity for the poor folks who feel that their lives are so worthless that they can't find something better to do. It is easier for them to blame WP for their own perceived lack of success than it is for them to admit that they still have much to learn.
WP is a great place to be, and I also applaud Ray and Karen for getting back in the race and for continuing to run when the road is not smooth.

Hey PS, wanna compare Ebay selling experience
(me: combined 26,000 unique feedback on 3 selling IDs) or off Ebay selling experience
(my first off ebay site was Gold's Auction in 1999. I've sold at Yahoo, Bidbay, Bidville, Epier, Carnegie, Overstock, SellYourItem, and various rinky dinks. My current off-ebay sites are Ubid and Amazon. My main sales channel is my website).Â
Read my finger PS:
Geez, Louise, some poppers need to grow a thicker skin.
Why in the hell would they take anyone's remarks about WP personally? I know that everyone here wants the sellers to be successful. Who gives a shit about KaRay?
Get over it and have another sipÂ

Get off that high horse, PS. There are members on this thread who have more on-line experience in their little finger than you will ever have -- and the success they have obtained leaves Ray and his pathetic excuse for an auction site miles behind gasping in their dust.
Quote:My wife and I feel this is a good place to be. We (she) is spending hour after hour listing here. Our goal is to get to 5K listings as soon as we can. In time and it will take time WP will grow into a powerful player in internet sales. As one of many founding members I look forward to the future.
And still only 1 feedback, and that was as a buyer, not a seller? And a member since August? So, after you get 5K listings, then what? Oh, and regarding cheerleaders, MOST OF THE BEST CHEERLEADERS WP EVER HAD ARE NOW X-POPPERS POSTING ON THIS THREAD.
Here, have some more

If she has mastered the art of off-eBay selling why is she still paying eBay's ridiculously high fees? :imptongue:

If a venue's success was guaranteed to also provide an equal benefit to sellers nobody would have a reason to leave eBay.
Your primary focus should be growing your business into a powerful player in its niche--not trying to grow someone else's business and hoping some of their success trickles down to you.
